The manager even told an employee to hand my father his order first since he arrived before others, but instead the employee ignored him and helped everyone else while the food sat there getting cold for 15-20 minutes. Fed up, my father left and went to his car. The same employee then followed him outside, started yelling, and threatened him after my father told him to just keep the food.
