I ordered online for delivery and needed to cancel it. I have a restricted diet, so I ordered 1 of 3 dishes that I could actually eat from the menu. Eventually the delivery driver called me and said they were out of the ingredients for the meal I ordered. Then the restaurant called and asked if I wanted something else, and they could not accommodate. Since the delivery was serviced by Grubhub, I hade to jump through hoops to get a refund. I also then had to find somewhere new to order food from, as it took almost an hour of wasted time. A tip to this restaurant (and others that do this)...please do not advertise a menu online if you don't have everything on hand to make the dish(es). Ordered the jerk chicken pasta and the curry shrimp . Both were delicious. The perfect taste regarding the jerk chicken. I haven't tasted that since my stay in Jamaica several years ago. So I ordered Friday night. The Curry Shrimp was delicious but the carrot cake looked like it had fallen and was dry. Saturday i was craving more Curry Shrimp so again i placed an order online at 6:15pm but decided on Curry Chicken. 20 mins after my order was placed a woman called to tell me they were out of Curry Chicken but they could give me stew chicken. I told her i only like Curry so what about Curry Shrimp. She told me that i didnt pay for that so I could call the 3rd party company to cancel my order. I instructed her that i never did that before and she proceeded to tell me i couldnt cancel with her. A man then got on the phone and repeated the same thing about being out of Curry chicken. So i asked him who i contact to cancel the order and he told me and said if i wanted to. I told him i didnt want to I wanted the curry shrimp. He said it would be a few dollars extra. I said ok. At 7:45pm i received a call telling me they burnt the beef patties so they would send my curry shrimp out first and then send my patties out afterwards. I said ok. No problem. At 8:15pm still no food. I called back and the gentleman said the order was already out and on route. 8:45pm i called back like did the driver get lost. The same man i been talking to the whole time said he got a call saying i cancelled the order. I was like dude are u serious. I waited 2.5 hours for my order that you said was in route, yet it was cancelled. I was so pissed off. At no point did he try to make provisions or accommodations. So i tried to find the 3rd party contact information and couldnt find the number. So i called the store again to ask for the contact information so i could cancel the order and the same man said ok I will get it and call you back. Which he didnt. After 15 mins of searchibg i found the number and the 3rd party company refunded me as well as informed me no one called to cancel any orders to that resturant within the last few hours. I have eaten there a couple time and the food is good. However, the customer service is lousy. After this incident i will not be eating there again nor would i recomment them to anyone else. read more

Ordered to go and they delivered. The delivery guy got lost but was very friendly. The curry chicken was not very good, the jerk chicken good but I've had better and could make it better myself.
