I have shopped at this family/ minority owned business for over 10 years. I no longer live in the state but when I visit I make it a point to stop in. Large selection of produce and frozen items. I love their selection of spices that I have stocked up on to take back home with me. Prices are reasonable and the service is good. This market is the size of a traditional supermarket so be prepared to explore. Parking. - located in plaza with ample parking available.

We came here off recommendation from her friend on a previous visit in Orlando area. We shopped here the week before Christmas 2022; the parking lot is large but close spaces. As far as inside you are going to find all your homesick items if you are Jamaican/Caribbean nationality. It is a large Food Lion size grocery store w only international products. The meat section is service by taking number wait about 10-15mins. Located near front right corner is a fresh cooked order-up option w all traditional Jamaican dishes. I found a new Jamaican beer hadn't tasted which actually like better than Red Stripe, (Dragon) has a honey taste. We ended up spending couple hundred to stock up; you need to come here when in Orlando area.

I love ethnic foods and markets so I was so happy to discover this place while visiting the Orlando area. This store had items I've never seen in a store like shark meat, and many other products and produce from South America to India!

My aunt recommended we visited this place since we have no Caribbean grocery stores where we live in Florida. It's a 40 min drive but it was worth in, walking into this place triggered my inner child. The space is huge and it did not disappoint, every possible food you can think of that's from the islands they have, from your veggies, snacks, drinks, fresh cut meat and fish. They have a bakery where you can get your fresh bread and pastries, if you're craving Caribbean fresh cooked food it's there, this is what you call a one stop shop. The customer service was excellent, as a Caribbean person if you know you know haha. I have been back twice already since we our first visit.

Great selection of authentic Caribbean brands. The hot food section was a great value. Would go back for more Beef and Cheese Patties and some oxtail soup.

Great selection of both Caribbean products as well as standard grocery items on West Colonial Drive. I love places like this where I can get those hard to find items that are staples in both my fridge and my pantry, not to mention finding something that I never tried before (this time it was a hot sauce from Barbados). Check this place out and find something new to try. Go on a culinary adventure. You will be the better for it.

While visiting my relatives in Orlando I was surprised and pleased to find a large Super Market geared towards foods, groceries and a bakery geared to Caribbean residents. Well stocked with bakery items such as pastries, breads, fruits, vegetables, drinks, meats basically everything you would need and more. Well laid out aisles and quick check-out lines.

The store is nice And stocked but it's lacking pleasant customer service, the team need to be more friendly in a professional way! Some of the best treatment you can find in this world, is in the islands at hotels and resorts, why is 1/4 quarter of that service is NOT here in this Caribean SuperCenter. Just an example of the minimum (Caribbean) embodies atmosphere and smiles, (super) superior to all, (Center) in the Center of our hearts and minds always. I know this is not Disney so it's not the happiest place on earth don't get me wrong, BUT please don't look as if your vex with the entire world and mad for being at work! And talk down the customers, i heard it two times today and my visit was only for 20 minutes. Please remember if the customers stop coming we all know what that means, or maybe some of the staff didn't get the memo!

Lines are too long for only 2 registers to be open. I purchased a case of patties and fish and my ice was melting in my cart.

I wanted to make some authentic Caribbean dishes and I haven't been able to find scotch bonnets anywhere and I found them here!

Here's a stronger version with your addition:…read more Lotte Plaza Market is my go-to grocery store because I know exactly where everything is, making each shopping trip quick and convenient. One of my favorite things is their amazing selection of fresh fruits. They regularly carry hard-to-find favorites like Thai mangoes, mangosteen, lychees, longan, and many other Asian fruits that can be difficult to find elsewhere. I'm also impressed with their seafood department. It's generally very clean, well-maintained, and doesn't have the strong fishy odor you sometimes notice in other seafood markets, which makes shopping there much more pleasant. Whether I'm shopping for fresh produce, seafood, or Asian ingredients, Lotte always has a great selection. It's definitely one of my favorite places to shop for groceries.

I wanted to write an update mostly because of the fact that another, very popular market opened…read moredown the street and a lot of people have been bypassing Lotte in favor of it. (You know what store I'm talking about... starts with an H) Fine, but my personal observation especially based on the visit I made last week is that even though the other market is being hyped up by social media; Lotte is still a better, and more affordable market. Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

It looks small from the outside but its pretty big on the inside especially when the extension is the produce seafood and meat are located. It is clean inside but there is a stench when you reach the produce meat and seafood aisle. The shelves and items are organized and neat and somewhat easy to find things in particular. The freezer section to em need to eb restocked since a few areas were almost empty with items. I was in a hunt for a small bottle of LKK Hoisin sauce and they offered smaller bottles for about $3 I think. They have reasonable prices on some items. And some are similar priced to other asian stores nearby. They do sell the viral fruit ice cream pops that come in those containers where it holds the popsicle stick. I was not interested in them so I passed them by. This store is not busy or crowded like Lotte or Enson. This place has a good variety of cute kawaii dishwares. I would come back here again but I prefer Lotte / Enson for more variety.

We always make sure to check out their deals at the entrance. This time, the coconut milk was on sale for $1 a can. We stocked up so we can use them in curry. We also got the century egg and salted duck eggs - perfect for congee.
