They destroyed an expensive top I brought in for alteration. The failure who couldn't speak English ( but the owner does ) knew I wanted the top Tacked down. He cut out fabric and changed the design of the top and he no longer fit. He tried to charge me abd lied about the fact that the tailor cut abd redesigned the top He actually tried charging me abd lying about the fact that they cut material. read more

Horrible experience. Paid a fortune to do simple alteration of two cuffs on jacket from my 11 yo. They did not do it correctly - very messy and not as was measured. I brought back in and very nicely asked if they could fix it. Owner acted like he couldn't see the very obvious awful work and then got very hostile with me in front of my child. $80 spent and I elected to just leave than make my child feel any more uncomfortable. Poor customer service. Clothes came back dirtier than when they were dropped off. Covered in large stains. They tried to tell me it was like that when I dropped it off, which is not correct. They were not apologetic or willing to show proper customer service to rectify this. Their job is to "clean" the clothes...& it came back worse. They were defensive and combative and tried to tell me that I had the issue. This is not how you run a business and treat a customer. The overall lack of accountability is disappointing. Additionally, the clothes (3 articles of clothing) were not ready when they told me they would be ready (1 week wait time) and multiple days passed after that. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and know we are all working hard in our jobs and businesses and doing our best, but there is a standard of excellence each business should hold themselves to. They should work on their customer service for the future. I am disappointed. I love this place!! Dry cleaning is always on time and there's never a time when I'm in disappointment. David always drops the clothes off and is always responsive to any questions or requests I have. Very high quality and great prices! I've been a customer here for years, way before the current owner. I often bring in my shirts to be laundered. On a recent visit, I was informed that one of my shirts would be $1 extra to launder, $3.40 instead of $2.40, because it was flannel, and would take longer to dry. The owner said when he saw the expression on my face, "it's only a dollar." I said "it's only a dollar for you too." I said whatever, left the shirts, and never returned after picking them up. Seemed like a total off the cuff ripoff, and an uncalled for comment. Found a new dry cleaner who doesn't charge extra for flannel shirts. read more
