BY FAR THE WORST TAILOR IN THE BUSINESS! I asked to have a patch sewn on a Varsity Sweater. I arrived to find it UPSIDE down! I wad courteous, we all Kinda laughed. She went back to the sewing machine.... And I kid you not... Horrible!!! Sewed it on crooked AF! 4 Patches- all crooked $44! I paid just to get out of there. Worst Ever! Completely inexperienced! Amazing alterations! I came to VIP to get my dress hemmed for a wedding. It was ready for me in 3 days and the alterations were perfect. The dress had 2 layers of different fabric (very delicate) and it was shortened and then stitched the same way I bought it, you'd have no idea it was altered. Searched around the area for a dry cleaner with some sort of reviews (with no luck!). Checked on Google, Yelp, Where n so forth. This is the only one I found and was also recommended by someone. Good cleaning, nice people. Spoke to the Tailor and he used to do sample work for Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein, etc.. pretty awesome! read more

Just an awful experience. Terrible customer service. Customer is always wrong mentality. Makes alterations as he sees fit and doesn't care if you don't like them or not since he claims to know better. Wife shouts Chinese nonsense in the background if you attempt to have a discussion... The customer service is just the worse I ever encountered my clothes weren't even done the right way. I wouldn't even go here ever again even if someone paid me to go lol. if i could give negative stars I would. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to this cleaners in my town on 6/10/17 to see how much it would cost to get my daughters $80 prom dress altered. I asked several times before he began pinning if he could give me an estimate on how much it would cost, but he ignored me. The dress needed a lot of work so I wanted an idea first. (needed to be hemmed, and top needed zipper taken out fabric removed and zipper put back in) He ignored me and began to pin the dress hem with a few pins as well as the top of the dress. I also asked the woman behind the counter twice if she could tell me how much it might cost but she also ignored me and refused to answer. He was done very quickly - he seemed very knowledgeable and i was impressed until i got to the register and he asked me for $100! I was anticipating around $50 and as a single parent of 3 kids there was no way I could swing that much !! I was in tears and asked if I could bring the dress back in a few days to see if I could raise the money and he said no and took the dress away from me. He told me that he would do it for $80 but that was it. I called my mom crying and she said forget it, bring it home and we'll find somewhere else. I went back in and said I was sorry but I just cannot get that kind of money. This is where I have a problem. He started slamming things around and told me I had to pay him for his time pinning the dress! no where dis it say that there was a fee if you decide not to use their services. HE THEN TOOK THE DRESS HOSTAGE BEHIND THE COUNTER AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PAY HIM $10 FOR PUTTING THE 10 PINS IN THE DRESS. (took about 5 minutes) WTH? my kids were crying, my daughter was embarrassed and I only had $7 on me. I looked at him and just could not believe the evil eye I was getting. I told him I only have $7 and he begrudgingly took it and threw the dress at me. I have never been so humiliated in my life. What a horrible experience. read more

HORRIBLE DRY CLEANERS!!! IT SMELLS LIKE FUNKY OLD SOCKS WHEN YOU WALKIN ... NO ONE SPEAKS OR UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH AND IF THAT ISNT GOOD ENOUGH... IM A LARGER WOMAN SIZE 12 so when I buy tunic tops I like them to be a lil longer than a basic top ... They charged me for a DRESS! I explained in a calm nice tone that since I am larger than my clothes are going to appear larger than the average size 6-8 and it is a top, she just raised her voice and said something in her language, that I of course have no idea about .... I suggested to try it on and show her it clearly isn't a dress so than she said " DOLLA DOLLA OFF!" I than told her NO TAKE $4 OFF AT MINIMUM! She shock her head and said "CASH CASH ONELY!" (They take both but she was just being difficult) and I called her out on it saying "Excuse me this is my receipt from last time and I payed with my debt card, why is it cash only?" She literally GRABBED MY CARD AND GUESS WHAT?! ONLY TOOK A DOLA OFF THAT BITCH .... THIS IS A DISGUSTING PLACE WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE BUSINESS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE... I informed them I would never come back here again and she said "GUD GUD GO!" WOW THAT WAS SO RUDE!! read more
