Each time we had a family emergency occur the owner made sure to reach out and make sure everyone was ok. Our children that attend are somewhat medically complex and we felt very comfortable sending them here, especially knowing that the owner has nursing experience. They cared for them like their own and whenever we were missing something during drop off the staff made sure to fill in the gaps (shoes most recently ). We love and appreciate Briana and her staff. Our children have been cared for in the infant room, 1's & 2's room, and their preschool room. No matter what room they are in, they fall into the caregivers arms with no issues each time at drop off. That says something since I have clingy children!

The facility has safest measures in place to make sure they stay in the building and there is locked doors in front from unwanted intruders. There is a check in and out system that updates you throughout the day which keeps your mind at ease. Outside is a shaded play area where they can run around and play on slides and ride little bikes. We had my son going to this school for less than a month and after 2 weeks we realized that this is…read morenot a school that u could trust the people to care for ur children! Every single morning when dropping him off I had to find out who is going to be his teacher and which room he has to go to The same applied for when we would pick him up in the afternoons, there was never any consistency of which room to get him from. They would often times consolidate rooms for kids who were around the same age so it was always hard to find his belongings, like jackets and blankets. One time he managed to slip away from the workers while they were outside. He could open their interior gates. He was all the way by the main gate when I got there without anyone noticing at all until I said something. My husband also saw one of the workers grabbing another child roughly by the arm and yanking her around. None of it sat well with us. They would give my son school snacks and food while I already told them that he has allergy and he has his own food in his lunchbox! Mackenzie the principal is always hard to find and talk to but she would call you directly regarding payment and application! She basically will deny any of the issues that I brought up to her. Also there is no structure or learning materials, they just let the kids play and they watch them when they are sitting on their chairs. Their teachers are not required to have any education or qualifications as I look them up on Indeed!

Teachers are amazing and deserve so much more than what they receive. However after the many lice…read moreinfestations and the school and school board not helping to inspect children or get to the root of the problem I was very disappointed when I was told that it was not their responsibility and that it was the responsibility of the community and if it was such a problem for me then I could either remove my child from the school or solely volunteer to inspect each and every child on my own.
