She will raise her voice and get pretty barbaric over questions (she's a know it all that answers phone for a living). Everything done by this company goes wrong on some level, even a simple task like refilling medications for my mother was a huge ordeal (I was actually on the phone for 45mins with Christina just to refill a lasik medication). Save yourself the time and stress. PICK ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Their social workers will contact family members with a lot of psychobabble. Not helpful. If you want to help a family member see if there is a way to have somebody check in during off hours when family cannot which includes the weekends that you were charging clients for while providing absolutely no service.

Many years ago my parents realized that they needed a bit more assistance living their lives. They…read moretalked about looking for an assisted living community were they could get the help they needed but also a facility that had a skilled nursing unit for those times when one of them needed a bit more care when needed. After visiting a few of the communities in the Moorestown Area they found that they really liked Brandywine because of the people that worked there treated them like family from the very first visit. Brandywine had everything they were looking for to live like they wanted. The daily schedule is full of activities, onsite services for beauty and healthcare were plentiful. The food is amazing with a great selection at every meal. My parents also like that they could still be independent by venturing out of the community almost everyday to grab a meal, go shopping, visit friends and attend church functions. Brandywine made this easy for them by providing a reserved parking spot close to the main entrance. If they were not able to drive they could arrange for the chauffer to take them to a Doctor appointment or other appointments. What really makes Brandywine great is the people that work there. They become part of the family and they treat the residents just like they are family. A few years ago my mother was diagnosed with cancer and it was determined that she would need hospice care. The hospice team and the Brandywine team worked together to make sure that my mother had everything she needed for her to live out the last few months of her life at her Brandywine home. The round the clock nursing staff was always making sure that my mother and father had everything they needed and kept my mother comfortable. When mom finally went home to be with the Lord, the Brandywine family came to the church to help celebrate her life and made sure that our family was aware that they would continue to care for my father like family.
