Apparently she comes before the client. I communicated with her and let her know I was unable to talk at that time. Daniesha then proceeded to block my number and deactivate my login to clock in for work all without notifying me. The days before this she acted so concerned about my mom receiving adequate support to just giving her none. SHE IS A FRAUD. Be careful. She asked me to do fraudulent things against the laws in order to keep money in her pocket and as soon as I told her that I had to switch companies because I didn't want to go against the law I was fired. I am reporting these events immediately. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Low rating applies to operations outside of medical staff. Room cleaning only happened when it was requested. No fault of cleaning personnel, they were severely short staffed. Food was decent but getting the order correct happened about 50% of the time. Procurement failed to order correct products, such as briefs that fit. Thank god for Amazon. At home medical equipment was not ordered in time for discharge, caused additional expense and a bad experience. Overall the health related goals were met and went home improved, so if you can deal with the other stuff, might be a good fit.

Denise Moore came to the rescue with her team. Her caregiver was there early Sunday morning to go over all of my care prior to my daughter's departure. Over the next several days three very professional ladies came and took care of me. They fixed my food, tidied the house, did laundry, changed sheets and even drove me to my post-op appointment. The care, kindness and professionalism was truly wonderful. The fact that they were willing to step in at nearly the 11th hour, in my time of need...I will be forever grateful.

They made sure he had all his needs met, and even when a staff member couldn't show, they always made sure they could provide coverage.
