My sister and I rotated every other day to come help take care of her because there were some minor issues. Nursing staff is negligent in leaving meds in patients rooms while they are out of the building cna's a negligent as well. They are negligent in their documentation. Roaches in patients bathrooms/ rooms, this place always smelled of urine and feces. The only good thing about this place was the Therapist who seemed go the extra mile and help patients. If you truly love your family members do not put them here.

Her staff are very caring and very professional. Their ability to respond to changes we requested in schedule have been impressive and very helpful. They have made the care of my 89 year old mother so much easier on me and my siblings and given Mom a quality of life that is so much better than if she were in a nursing home environment. They have excellent communications capabilities and make managing Mom's care and its changing requirements so much easier. It has been easy to coordinate between Home Instead and the Southerncare hospice folks who have also been a wonderful and key element in Mom's care. We had looked at several alternative home care organizations and found Home Instead to be the best alternative for us.
