Two days before the meeting, I received a confirmation phone call for the scheduled meeting. The day of the actual meeting, no one showed up. I called about 3 hours later to see what was the problem. The rep replied that she had an emergency with another client, and she didn't have my number to call to reschedule.I find it strange that the same rep is the one who called to confirm the meeting two days earlier. Its very unbecoming and unprofessional of a health care establishment. Needless to say we did not use their services.

Their first visit they broe a tiny porcelain bird I had and instead of telling me, they put it together(it broke in two) and just set it back on the table. I found it two days later(no one else had been in my house). Today they somehow knocked everything off an antique table that is nestled up against a wall beside the couch. When I heard the crashing noises I ran out to see what happened and was told she earned on it and it tipped over. What? Why would you lean ona drop leaf table? They say nothing is broken, but I will inspect closer when they have finished and I can get up close to the table. Again, great cleaners, just a tad bit clumsy.

The girls they sent to my house were amazing. They were trained very well and did not need to be asked to get to work.
