This is probably the fifth or sixth maid service I've used in the 7 years I've been living in Houston, and this company is by far the best. If you want personalized and professional service with staff that pay extra attention to detail, this is your company! From the moment I submitted the online appointment request form, the owner, Toni, was extremely attentive. She immediately called me back to schedule a cleaning, and she also sent me a follow up appointment email reminder and called me. My first cleaning appointment exceeded all expectations. Much to my surprise, Toni actually showed up to my house with the maid. She told me it's important for her to meet all of her new clients, and to get a feel for their cleaning needs/preferences. She spent quite a bit of time looking around the house, asking me questions, and filling me in about her company. Toni's mother started the company in Houston 40 years ago and she still cleans for certain clients even though she's in her 70s! When asked why I haven't been pleased with the other cleaning companies, I told Toni, "Because none of them clean as well as my Mom!" Toni responded that her mom, too, has a reputation of being extremely meticulous when it comes to cleaning, and that cleaning gene was passed down to Toni. She wasn't lying!!! Both ladies (yes, Toni too!) cleaned my house for 4 1/2 hours (combined total of 9 hours). I have never seen anyone clean as meticulously as these two ladies in all my life (except my own Mother of course!). My house never looked or smelled so clean before. After the ladies finished cleaning, Toni walked around my house with a checklist and felt every surface with the tip of her finger to ensure that every surface was clean/dust free. Then she took me on a second walkthrough to go over all the work that was done, and to notify me of any items/areas that could not be cleaned (e.g., stains that required more attention/special cleaning product). You just can't find service like that!!!! Another perk about this company is that they only use environmentally-friendly products, and they have special cleaning products for clients who have allergies. Wow service elite has done it again guys. This is my second review, if you've had cleaning service before then you know the first couple are times are the best and then it goes down hill from there. That's why I am doing a follow-up, and as you can see this is a 5 star cleaning service. I am so pleased once again and can attest to the fact that this is by far the best home cleaning one can experience with very reasonable worth every dollar because the prices may include personalized cleaning service I.e. baseboards!!! What businesses do you know of still provide customer service? Today I had my house clean. This cleaning service is perfect. I have tried several ones but they actually worked pretty hard. I had the spring cleaning done. I requested by baseboards and my blinds wipe down because I really needed them. Andrea help me with a great customer service I got everything done my house never smell this good. I'm so glad I finally found someone that actually works hard for clients. I will recommend this service to all my friends. I live in Katy and I have tried even the new cleaning service that is pretty big but they are super expensive for nothing. I highly recommend this service. The costumer service is great !!! I hired Elite Home Cleanup to perform a deep cleaning of our house.
