They were always very professional when dealing with her physical and medical care, but also thoughtful, engaged and committed to her emotional wellbeing. She was safe, happy and content in their hands. We never received a call asking us to solve a problem or issue that arose. However, the senior helpers were not so great. Our first senior helper spent his time sitting in the corner playing on his phone. Unfortunately, we had to pay for 3 visits at $20/hour before the nursing home staff notified us of his lack of engagement. Our second senior helper checked-in as working with our father, but when we arrived at the nursing home to see the visit, she was not there. We don't know how many visits we paid for that the senior helper check-in, but services were not provided. I would not recommend this service if you do not have a way to hold the senior helper accountable.

The owner told me he had known the caregiver he had selected for about 2 months. The caregiver said she had never met him! He said she was about middle aged which I was glad because I did not want her to be my daughters age. She was exactly my daughters age! I don't think she knew that my daughter had a security camara in her house! BUSTED! This lazy caregiver never finished a simple grocery list! When she started the list (that she never finished in the 8 days she was there) she added her own stuff she wanted and insisted that my daughter needed that stuff. Obviously, since she never finished the list she never went to the grocery store either! SHE SAT ON THE COUCH FOR HOURS ON HER PHONE when she was supposed to be doing very very light housework. She lied to the owner about her hours and when I informed the owner of this horrible company he said, thanks we sure like to her back from our customers! This is the first company I've ever hired to care for someone and I hope to God it will be my last! This company is a very poor customer service company and I feel sorry for anyone that hires them!
