As property owners we were not made aware we needed to have deposits posted or rent paid for the month before any repairs would be done regardless of time it was reported. With one issue with new tenants they were ready to cancel our association. Made us all wonder who was working for who? Service is all they have to offer - and I waited 5 weeks for an estimate on repairs in one of our units and never got it. They actually blamed the tenant for not keeping appointments. Passing the blame is never the way to do business. The short time we were associated with Clavis they made great promises (and actually prided themselves on timely delivery) but they did not deliver on a timely manner.

We now have over 20 residential units, about 10 garages and a commercial unit under management with Phil. With property management it all comes down to trust. You need someone who will take care of your investments - after all your properties could have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Phil can be trusted to do all the necessary due diligence to place great tenants, and also to keep up with all required maintenance.
