As property owners we were not made aware we needed to have deposits posted or rent paid for the month before any repairs would be done regardless of time it was reported. With one issue with new tenants they were ready to cancel our association. Made us all wonder who was working for who? Service is all they have to offer - and I waited 5 weeks for an estimate on repairs in one of our units and never got it. They actually blamed the tenant for not keeping appointments. Passing the blame is never the way to do business.
