So I helped a friend move into her new apartment. Great place but previous owner had what must have been a dozen cats! The smell and urine stains were disgusting...I called Justin at Carlin Carpet Care for an estimate, and left the rest up to my lady friend.... I was shocked when I visited the apartment the next time... the brown carpet cleaned up so well I thought it was a new one... unbeleivable.. it was a different color under all that grime! the smell and stains all completely gone! Looking at my 10 lb. puppy you would never think he could create such a mess given his tiny stature, but my carpets would likely disagree. I called on Carlin Carpet Care on a Saturday and he came in that Tuesday to clean up the carpets in two bedrooms. The difference is remarkable. I just had my carpets cleaned by Carlin Carpets and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend using this company. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. They were prompt. All of the stains on the carpet were completely removed, which I was so happy about.. It looks new! I did shop around to different companies before choosing Justin. Other companies used regular steamers where the carpet would have been wet for days and I needed to move in furniture the following day. This is definitely worth an few extra bucks, as they use a cleaning process and solution, where the carpet was completely dry within a few hours, smelled and looked fresh, and I was able to move in the next day. I had the carpet in certain rooms and on my stairs cleaned today and they look great. Service was fast, professional and friendly. The service finished three hours ago and the carpets are now completely dry. There is no wetness in feel or smell lingering as there is with other services. Carlin carpet cleaning company unlike many others. Initially I was surprised because Justin did not have a big carpet cleaning unit in his truck like the bigger companies. He came with a small carpet cleaning tool, a vacuum, cleaning solution (that is human and animal safe), a bag of rags and a big brush. Our condo is in between tenants, needless to say they did not leave it in the best shape. The steps were brand new before they moved in and well, it looked like they never vacuumed in the two years they were there. He was able to get all of the stains out of the stairs, he did his best in the living room and in the bedrooms. He was even nice enough to give us a bottle of his special carpet cleaner. Justin just left our house and my husband and I are just DELIGHTED with his work! We have 3 terriers - 2 boys (need I say more?). Justin has been cleaning our carpets for decades, which speaks volumes. His warranty is "satisfaction" and he means it. There was one time (and only one time) when stains remained in one of our area rugs following cleaning. We thought they should have come out and called Justin. He was back within a day or two to check things out and cleaned the carpet again. Then there was the time I spilled a glass of dark port wine on a light beige rug. I called Justin and he came the next day to clean before the stain set in. Justin's excellent work is complemented by his very personable demeanor and timeliness.
