Didn't show for the appointment we had made for a carpet install. While accepted the responsibility for making the mistake, couldn't reschedule for several days which made an impact on our ability to put the house up for sale on time and be professionally photographed for the MLS website. And when I pushed at the end of the day, they hadn't even considered getting the pre-ordered carpet out of the warehouse and trying to have their installers come at the end of the day (it was a small Job). Then had the audacity to tell me I was "lucky they made a mistake on the estimate" and so they would honor their commitment to pricing rather than give a discount for their mistake. JALEN DILEON was incredible from start to finish with our flooring project he came within a few hours gave us a detailed online the next hour! the estimate was considerably lower than our two other estimates promised us a time frame he kept started work the next week within 4 days the project was finished all vacuumed no dust he was so informative about all aspects; we have a 2 story no basement home we had no idea that you couldn't use wood on the cement slab Jalen recommended high quality luxury vinyl planking thick sturdy looks just like wood. we had real wood installed on the top floors he matched those perfectly with the downstairs vinyl as you can see in the photos his professional team removed entire old wall to wall carpeting upstairs including on the stairs they sanded the stairs and stained and 3 coats of polyurethane they removed old cheap fake flooring and removed the ceramic tile in the hallway evened out uneven rough cement As you can see most of the reviews and all of them great are about Travis Jalen's younger brother Jalen joined the family business within the last few years or so read more

His professionalism and knowledge of the craft is second to none. On game day, Travis and his crew arrived promptly and treated the home as if it was their own. Most importantly, the sanding is 100% dustless. This means that there will be no dust and debris in the vents and does not interfere with the air quality of the home. When the project was completed, Travis walked us through the house, making sure that we were completely satisfied with the finished results. Peter and his team are phenomenal. They have now done two separate projects in the house in the past two years. The first required them to lay one floor and then refinish another. The price was right and the work was well done. They even got interrupted by "Snowtober" and we're able to complete things regardless of the setbacks. The second job was just last week and had Peter and team refinish two more floors, troubleshoot a few setbacks including trashed stairs that were hidden by a carpet or years and merge the finish of two different woods and stains so you wouldn't otherwise know the difference.
