I only have one word, WOW! I usually visit another dentist, but he was on vacation and I lost a…read morefilling. My husband loves this place and convinced me to try them. Dr. Sims has managed to put together one of the best teams I have ever seen in my 25 years of management experience. Everyone is lovely to deal with. It is obvious after visiting a few times that the employees enjoy and respect each other. Not just by helping each other out so that clients do not wait and are completely informed, but wearing a smile and attitudes that they truly enjoy their jobs. They are so cohesive and efficient. I, personally would like to recognize Lauren, Lindsey and Dr. Jenkins. They all treated me with great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy and listen to what I was talking about rather it was related to my treatment or personal. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience with this practice. As someone who does not usually like a visit to the dentist, I completely forget my purpose for being there. Some of the pluses are wi-fi, Keurig coffee, cold water and health bars. They also have plush throw blankets if you find the temperature too cold for your comfort.. In addition, my root canal and temporary crowns have worked out well and I soon will be completely pain free with beautiful, new and lasting permanent crowns. I recommend this practice to anyone considering a new dentist! Thanks so much Indian Lake staff!

First of all, don't sign ANYTHING on the electronic keyboard! They tell you what you're signing…read moreand then you find out later that they left out key information. I thought it was strange that they took a form before my teeth were pulled, and were totally disregarding my gag reflex. I spent every visit gagging and choking, and they'd just say, hold your breath, or breathe deep. I had to fight with them about opening up a space so I wasn't constantly gagging when the "teeth" were in. I have moved to another state and a close friend took me to her dentist to have decent dentures made. He was appalled at what those dentures were doing to my gums and told me not to put them in even for a moment. As I'm now going through the process of getting dentures with him, I'm amazed. In a visit where he took a half hour putting things in and out of my mouth he didn't trigger my gag reflex once.

Went in to get started with dentures. Impressions taken. Office staff took good care of me. Had…read moreextractions done and set up payment plan with them. After going over the payment plan questioned what insurance covered. I was not told I would be getting a temp set until after they were made so I couldn't just skip them. 800 a piece and they are junk. Didn't get to choose color etc. so now I have to get the perm ones and can't afford them. Insurance only covers one set. Insurance says it was because the claimed them as immediate and should have claimed them as temporary. They said to tell them to resubmit as temporary and guess what, they refuse. Also when I went in to see the surgeon who left MANY fragments some very large to get one removed I ended up having alveoplasty that was supposed to have been done on extraction day. I had to pay more for anesthesia also. Not at all impressed with this office at all. All except for Michael and Breanna.

Ok when you see a major chain with nothing but 1 star reviews just stay away. They advertise…read more"emergency treatment" Well dumb a$$ me cracked a molar biting on a tic tack and it needs to be taken care of. Like pulled I'll deal with the implant later. So I have sharp edge in my mouth which is causing me pain. I book the "emergency" appointment, they call me and say "we can't guarantee service but will evaluate" I let her know that's not emergency y service it's a bait and switch to get someone in their office. If you look at my reviews I hardly ever give a 1 star review unless I feel the public is misled or something is so bad about a business I will never go back. So just trust me. My experience with this group is the same as all the other 1 star reviews. The only reason I booked is they were able to see me today. The other dentists I spoke to were honest. These people Are liars.

Aspen Dental advertises implant arches at $6-8,000 online. I called the Hendersonville, Tn location…read morefor a quote and spoke to a Gale and asked her what the price for full set of implants. She stated that single implants are $4-6,000 each tooth. I asked her to check with her manager due to the price not even being close to what is advertised. She returned and said that the price was $4-6,000 each tooth. Doing the math, this comes out to $128-192,000 per full set of implants. This is false advertising and should be investigated. I contacted Aspen's corporate headquarters and spoke to someone named Miles and he was not helpful at all. Clear Choice which is supposed to be the top of the line in implant dentistry charges around $60,000. To pay Aspen three times this amount is a rip off. I highly DO NOT recommend this location.
