I have NEVER been more dissatisfied in my entire life! Dr. Jones, absolutely phenomenal! He has great bedside manner, empathy, and went above and beyond for all of my needs. However, the rest of the office, different story. Every hygienist I had told me one thing and then when I returned, another one told me the exact opposite. No one was ever on the same page about anything! When asking for any kind of clarification regarding anything, the girls at the front never even TRIED to hide the fact that they were clearly annoyed with having to explain anything. As someone who also works in customer service, this is a bad look. I think I vouch for everyone when I say, nobody wants to spend their time and money on a place where you're made to feel like you're the problem. Because I was on a treatment plan, I gave chance, after chance, after chance, instead of just going somewhere different to avoid the hassle of starting over. Again, lesson learned the hard way. I know how insurance works. EVERY SINGLE TIME I stepped foot into the dentist for anything, I was given a quote, paid for the service, and then MONTHS later hit with more money that I supposedly owed. Nobody called upfront to inform me of any changes whatsoever. Every time I would ask for clarification, the only thing given was attitude. When you take your car to the repair shop and you are given a quote for repairs, that's what you're expected to pay! No exaggeration whatsoever, I paid what was quoted and then months later, I magically had a balance for something else. My last visit was a cleaning that was COVERED under my insurance. I ended up having to pay for something that wasn't covered under my FREE yearly cleaning but again, nobody told me otherwise because nobody ever knows what's going on. The hygienist offered fluoride and proceeded to say that it was no charge. I agreed. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to floss extra good between a newly crowned tooth. I told her that the hygienist I had on my visit before said that I needed to be extra careful with that so that's what I've been trying to do. She looked me dead in my face and said, "NO! You floss how you need to and if the crown breaks then we didn't do it right when we put it in." A week later, I was informed that I, yet again for the millionth time, had an unpaid balance. They can write that off. They will not get one more penny from me. I would rather start over with another business who is upfront, honest, and actually gives a crap about their customers because this place isn't it.

I have moved to another state and a close friend took me to her dentist to have decent dentures made. He was appalled at what those dentures were doing to my gums and told me not to put them in even for a moment. As I'm now going through the process of getting dentures with him, I'm amazed. In a visit where he took a half hour putting things in and out of my mouth he didn't trigger my gag reflex once.

Insurance says it was because the claimed them as immediate and should have claimed them as temporary. They said to tell them to resubmit as temporary and guess what, they refuse. Also when I went in to see the surgeon who left MANY fragments some very large to get one removed I ended up having alveoplasty that was supposed to have been done on extraction day. I had to pay more for anesthesia also. Not at all impressed with this office at all. All except for Michael and Breanna.

She stated that single implants are $4-6,000 each tooth. I asked her to check with her manager due to the price not even being close to what is advertised. She returned and said that the price was $4-6,000 each tooth. Doing the math, this comes out to $128-192,000 per full set of implants. This is false advertising and should be investigated. I contacted Aspen's corporate headquarters and spoke to someone named Miles and he was not helpful at all. Clear Choice which is supposed to be the top of the line in implant dentistry charges around $60,000. To pay Aspen three times this amount is a rip off. I highly DO NOT recommend this location.
