I was told that you could walk in without an appt and get an x-ray. I went there and the woman greeted me and said I would have to call for an appt because she did not have anyone that could take my x-ray at that time. I went outside, called the number and made an appt for 10 minutes later! Ridiculous. Then while waiting the woman was telling everyone a different story. Some she told they needed an appt. Was it because it was a Saturday or is Carlisle Imaging Center always calm and peaceful? I got here on 6/24/23 at 1:55. I was supposed to be here at 1:40 for paperwork, for my 2PM MRIs. Rosemary checked me in, and my paperwork was quickly completed. No problem arriving later rather than earlier. Josh came out to the waiting room to get me at 2:25. He apologized for keeping me waiting, but I didn't mind. I enjoyed sipping on one of the complimentary water bottles while watching the flat screen tv on the wall. He took me into a room to store my things in a locker, and change into cotton pants and top. When I entered the room for my MRIs, Josh provided me with a warm blanket as I lay on the table. He also gave me earplugs to minimize the clunking sounds of the MRI. During the procedure he continued to be attentive, caring, and informative. At 3:15 we were done. I changed back into my street clothes, and walked to the parking garage - a short walk away - to drive home. read more

This is the 4th time I had an appt w Carlyle imaging and baycare that they refused to do. If this is the quality of their care, I am better off with a vet! It was for a bone dense approved on Nov 29. The appt was Jan 4. Jan 2 they sent me instructions to not have any calcium meds...which does not sound right if you have been prescribed it and taking it for 2 yrs. They refused claiming the Dr did not order. If he did not order procedure, how did they know what instructions to give me? Their check in girl thought it very funny. Every other time a procedure ordered, they used the same excuse. Dr did not send order! Run, don't walk from this place! read more

Had a HORRIBLE excruciating experience that lasted for days here and sent a handwritten letter to patient/customer experiences, Today I received a letter in response basically telling me based on their OWN research my experience was fine. If you call having me sign an acknowledgment about what you did to me you're doing the right thing by the patient you are DAMN WRONG! It was awful they didn't care at all! All they cared about was getting paid. I promise I will never come here again based on how they handled my situation and will definitely warn my friends and family not to come here! Super friendly staff that does their best to get your registered quickly and then in and out as quickly as possible while making you as comfortable as one could be while getting a MRI done. The building itself was super clean and beautiful photography on the walls. Surprised that they are open so late, my appt was at 6:30pm which was nice to avoid having to time off work but when talking with tech, she said they are their until 11pm week days. read more

The Carlisle Imaging Center is located in the same area where Morton Plant Hospital is located. There is free valet parking or a multi-level parking garage across the street. The waiting room is quite nice and there are plenty of amenities to occupy your time before your imaging. (see pics) Tip: They do take walk-ins but it all goes a lot smoother and more timely if you make an appointment. To make an appointment call 727-461-8555. I've had both x-rays and CT scans here and everyone was very friendly, efficient and helpful. It is a little hard to find it the first time because it's not on a major street. It's sort of in the middle of the block. If you have a choice, try Carlisle Imaging Center! read more

I spent over an hour on hold without hearing a single human being pushing every option possible because my mom has a lump in her breast and it's Friday afternoon early afternoon and they are not answering at all. I was on hold so long before getting a single human I was able to take a shower during it. I pushed every single button and I waited well over an hour and I finally found a number they gave very quickly I might add, that I was able to leave a voicemail begging them to make me an appointment for my mother as soon as possible, I will change this review to five stars if they take care of my mother read more

Great experience getting a PET scan done here. I was extremely anxious for the results as I got a new diagnosis of skin Lymphoma and my doctor ordered a PET to see if it had spread anywhere on my body. The results were read and uploaded in the portal within 2 hours after the appointment which I was extremely grateful for (good news too!!). The tech who started my IV for the scan was extremely friendly and comforting. I don't remember her name but she was great. Moffitt also requested that I pick up a disk of the scan which was very easy. Everyone was so friendly at Carlisle. For any future imaging I may need, I will definitely be coming here! very impressed with Andrea the lovely person who did my PET scan this morning. she explained Everything so that I understood what was to happen and went out of her way to see that my surgeon would get the report the next day. this is the first time I have been at this center and even though I found it difficult to find it was worth it. All the nurses and techs were very nice and efficient. The in charge tech at the CT scan department was wonderful. Friendly, efficient and helpful. She made the visit easy and effortless. Went in for my mammogram a month ago but I noticed that their machine had this bad smell in it. After my mammogram the assistant just walked away not even bothering to wipe off the machine. Otherwise, the staffs are nice. read more

I had a first time ever appointment last Friday with The Carlisle Imaging Center for a two-part ultrasound test. I came to the facility and was pleasantly greeted by valet parking attendees, they offer free valet parking or you may use the multi-level parking garage across the street. The office check-in staff is very friendly and they are keen to service, providing a seamless process.The waiting area was very nice and clean, providing reading magazines, a few screen TVs for your entertainment as well as a counter that provides coffee or water. My initial imaging technician was pleasant, caring and very professional. I honestly would visit this location again as well as recommend anyone to this imaging facility. read more
