Stopped in with a friend of over 40 years, and from the moment we walked in, this place was as friendly and welcoming as they come. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and immediately puts you at ease. Gino, the manager on duty, could not have been more attentive. He helped us get situated, recommended cigars, brought us drinks, and even sparked great conversation. He went as far as introducing us to members and inviting us into a game of Dominoes--which would've ended better if my longtime friend hadn't dropped the ball (I'll leave the funny details out). Later in the evening, the owner, Jay, came by, personally welcomed us, and gave us a tour of the space. He even showed us the pig roaster being built with the help of members--a true testament to the community vibe here. This place is more than a cigar lounge; it's an oasis for relaxation, camaraderie, and decompression. If you're in the area, it's an absolute must-stop. I only hope they consider opening another location in NJ--I'd be their first customer. read more

I have only been here once and that was about two months ago. Met a friend there who had been there previously. We enjoyed a couple of nice cigars, purchased there, and some in-depth conversations with Gino(?) about cigars, whiskey and wine. We were treated to a couple of espressos, one by Gino and one by the owner who stopped by. All in all, it was a nice experience. Full disclosure: there were only 3-4 other patrons there. Stopped in to the Cigar Vault's Patterson, NY location yesterday. I wish I had found this cigar lounge sooner! The place is very nice. They have a very impressive selection of cigars, many "upper level" offerings, including Padron, Davidoff, 1502, Plasencia "Alma Fuerte Sixto 1", etc. I grabbed a couple La Flor Dominicana "Andalusian Bulls", two Plasencia Alma Fuerte Sixtos, and an Arturo Fuente Don Carlos "Eye of the Shark". The lounge is well appointed with very comfortable seating and a very large TV. Soft drinks and bottled water are available. I sat down in a comfy, high back, leather chair and fired up the "Eye of the Shark". I was offered a Mexican Coca Cola, to go along with my cigar. The "vibe" is casual and relaxed. No egos whatsoever, everyone was polite and extremely friendly. The owner was on site and gave me the "grand tour". I Had a very nice conversation with him and I felt totally at home, while I was there. Jay and company, have done a great job with this location. I plan to be back very soon. My son just turned 21 years old and I was waiting to go to the Carmel Cigar Vault together. It was worth the wait! Great place and variety of cigars. Everyone was super friendly, and Geno was incredible. Gave us an education on all things cigars. I have been smoking for awhile and I still learned things. We spent 2.5 hours there in the comfortable chairs, and we didn't want to leave. Thank you Geno for making a great father & son memory for us! read more

I decided to venture into this gold mine last night and I can truly say it was a worthy decision! I walked in and was greeted by Geno , the manager of the lounge . Man was he helpful and knowledgeable in all things cigars! He was also More than generous with the spirits! A pizza pie was sent from a local pizzeria which he promptly offered to all patrons there. The patrons were friendly and inviting, lots of conversations and camaraderie. I Will be joining the Vault as a member and next year hope to be going with them on their Cuba excursion . read more

I was randomly driving through the area and saw the cigar vault and decided to stop. What a great decision! Newly opened, Cigar Vault has an excellent and curated selection of cigars that continues to grow. The owner greets you with a handshake and a friendly introduction, bringing you to the vault to explain the selection. If you have a "typical" smoke, he can match it with the selection he has. The atmosphere is sophisticated but relaxed, a well-ventilated smoking lounge is complete with fancy leather couches and flatscreen TVs and friendly patrons who clearly enjoy the owner's hospitality; If you find yourself nearby or driving through the area and in need of some cigars, do yourself a favor and stop to support this growing business. kudos to the owner for a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere. read more
