I remember the person who came out to do the cleaning told me that the carpets would be clean but not to expect much for the areas that looked darker due to traffic. I thought it was strange for him to tell me that but thought oh well, it is what it is. For the price I had to pay, I was so disappointed but as he told me, at least the carpet would be clean. Fast forward to now and a different company and what a difference! I couldn't be happier with today's service. My carpet looks brand new! It's taken me this long to write a review for Brody's but now that I have something different to compare the two Jobs with, I had to finally come forward with how I felt about the Job Brody's did. I gave only two stars because I suppose my carpets were "at least clean." Today's service with another company proved to me that my carpets could not only be clean but look like new too! This is just my personal opinion and maybe others have been completely satisfied. When looking for providers of a service, I do look at the reviews before making a decision. He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.
