I get pissed every time I'm in the kitchen because of the crappy job they did. Here's the deal, you NEVER make a homeowner's claim unless there's an act of God, or the damage is over 5k. Don't EVER paint over wallpaper. Custom made wood cabinetry is worth the money. Undermount porcelain sinks are the way to go. Granite countertops also worth it. And, don't pick out backsplash tile that needs to be cut by someone who has no idea what they are doing. Spend the money to hire pros, and FFS ditch the garbage disposal.
