He cared for my toddler, my teen and my tween (one in the middle) into adulthood. My children were never afraid of him and never cried when they got injections. He took care of me and gave me excellent referrals. I am no longer in the area, but if I were, I would still be seeing him now. He told me one time, he treats from the cradle to the grave. I have seen him in action in the hospital and he was just wonderful with his patients. It is not just with me that he gives such wonderful care. I made an appointment for 1:45pm, so that I could get in and out on my lunch break. It's bad…read moreenough that the only late hours they have is with the PA (who is wonderful, by the way, but she can't do it all). I get called into a room at 2pm, and proceed to wait another 30 minutes without the doctor ever coming in. I walked out, and told the receptionist (?) that I simply couldn't wait anymore, and wondered why someone couldn't have the courtesy to call me if they know he's running so late? You know, a little consideration. Of course, she had an attitude in her reply. Her excuse was that they didn't know he was running that late until I came in. Right. The guy before me who had a 1:30 appointment didn't get called in until 1:50 and who knows how long he waited after that. Time to find a new doctor, perhaps one whose staff has some respect for patients' time. And the best part was that she asked if I wanted to reschedule. You have to be joking me, lady. Awful.
