Great customer service. Was able to quote me over the phone. Fair pricing for key with microchip and new transponder remote lock. I had to get a new set made for my truck the other day. I came upon his Ford Transit van when I made a pitstop at Walgreens. Parked next to a sedan belonging to an lady who was sitting on his shop chair while he worked (very kind and thoughtful) and first thing i noticed was how organized his mobile workshop was (pride in his work). Carlos is the best of the best. My 2011 manual lock Nissan versa key was so worn out, the metal was practically flat. I always had to jiggle the key to unlock the door AND turn on the car. I couldn't even open my trunk anymore. Anytime I took my car to get serviced, it was always a struggle because no one else knew the sweet spot to make it turn. After having no luck in getting a copy of the key anywhere else, I was referred to Carlos. The key I gave him to copy was not good to use to make a copy because it was worn out. So he used the lock of the door and the trunk to make me the copies. I can turn the new keys with one spin, no jiggling. Finally normalcy! He absolutely knows his business, he's been working with locks and keys for over 20 years and it shows. He was patient with what felt like an impossible situation. Carlos was prompt, knowledgable and professional. After losing the fob to my car, the dealer quoted me $500 to reprogram and replace the fob AND I would have to get my car towed there. Hoping to avoid that hassle, I called many places over the weekend and had one horrible customer service problem after another. Several places simply never returned messages while 2 national locksmith companies said their technicians would contact us within 20 minutes to come over same day but they never called or showed up even after multiple calls to the operators.
