They came every two weeks to cut the grass but today will be there last day. While cutting her grass something flew and hit the glass on the front door and it shattered. She let them know and they came and looked. He explained his brother deal with glass work and windows and would he will repair it for free and he told her she wouldn't have to pay for the grass being cut this time due to the damaged. Once the door was repaired she noticed how the sliding part was hard to move around and let him know of that issue and he stated he will oil it for her then he asked for a payment for the grass being cut and she repeated what he told her about how the grass cut will be free. He replied back and said I just said that cause I was coming back to fix the glass. They talked back and forth about it and in a rude manner he told her she can find someone else to fix the door and the grass and left. My grandmother is a 85 year old women who lives on her own and I feel like they tried to get over on her for the damage they made...I will not recommend them to no one and will be letter others in the neighborhood who use them know of this behavior!

The initial response for the design and the estimate was within 24 hours. Once I signed the contract, construction started the next day. I soon realized that Patrick had different teams of men who were highly skilled and proud to do quality work. Patrick was very prompt and offered great advice on my driveway cement design and the sidewalk pavers project. Patrick provided a Cambridge Armortec paver catalog and guided us through possible design and paver stone selection. I needed all my gutters replaced after a roofing job. Freddy came out removed all the old gutters, replaced all the rotting facia boards and painted the new boards to match the originals before installing the new gutters/spouts.
