I had quite a bit of water running down the street from a broken sprinkler. I called and he happen to be available that day! He repaired it and placed the grass back as if he was never there. He told my wife he would give the list to his boss and the boss would get back to me with an estimate. That was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything back. During normal mowing, a valve was broken, several heads were damanged and a water line was broken. Monty said it was not their fault and it must have been something we did. They would not take responsibility. I do not recommend them. They needed a lot of hand holding and direction. I am disappointed and will not use them again.
