He took the time to really listen to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. The wrought iron fence he created is beautiful, reasonably priced, and showcases excellent craftsmanship. Upon seeing how small the job was he told me he would cut it for free. To my surprise he went into the shop for no more than 60 seconds. Came back out and again told me no charge. Most shops would have charged me for the small job (which is understandable) but Carlos just wanted to help.
