Carl was able to work our little carpet cleaning into his schedule on short notice and he did an outstanding job. My wife is absolutely delighted with the results. Small dining nook carpet had hundred spots tracked in from kitchen. I gave up trying to keep ahead of stains by using oxyclean. Dry chem process and Carl's experience removed them all. Carl cleaned my carpets and upholstery today and they look fabulous! I really like that the Chem dry process is "green" and that it uses 1/10 of the water that traditional steam cleaning does, which is super important when we're in a drought right now and need to conserve water.
