The moment I explained that I smelled dog urine in the carpet, he immediately dismissed me, repeatedly telling me he'd "been doing this for 30 years" instead of actually listening to what I was saying. The most disturbing part of the visit was that he eventually stopped speaking to me entirely and directed his attention only to the man who was with me. He even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I left feeling belittled, ignored and treated as though my opinion didn't matter. Based on the way he interacted with me, I found his behavior toward me as a woman deeply disrespectful. He also wore his outside shoes throughout my home, insisted the issue was candle residue despite there being no candle wax, and then left before completing the job. The carpet issue was never resolved. If your first instinct when a customer raises a concern is to dismiss them, talk over them, ignore them and walk away without finishing the work, you have no business providing customer service. This was an appalling experience and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

We have used several different companies to clean them over the years and Intgegra has done the best job by far. From heavy traffic dirt to my husbands favorite dinner chair in the living room, we have several visible dirty secrets I want to hide. Joseph even restored our carpet to clean in spots where others could not. Our guests still think our carpets are new after Joseph cleans them. He places corner guards to protect floor walls and furniture from getting rubbed by the cleaning hoses, and when all is done, there is no smell at all. No fragrance to hide chemicals or harsh cleaner residue because he doesn't use any. It just smells air clean. I called him last minute to squeeze into his schedule and he managed to fit me in. His prices are even better than most other companies. We have used him for three years now and will continue to use him in the future. Forget coupons, promotions and mailers. Initial call the guy was asking unrelated questions such as, if I was the owner or tenant, what the landlords name was, etc. Later he called to request a different time, which i accomodated. Day of appt, tech called 40 mins early stating he was there are we good to start then? I said no. I was actually going to call & request they come at 2 or later. (We had initially agreed on arrival time of 1330-1400.) He starts repeatedly asking me what i was doing & where i was going (i had told him i had a couple things to do). Then he starts w/an assertive tone & says they were scheduled between 1 & 2 (which was inaccurate. It was 1330-1400). At first he said he had nothing going on-does he have time to get food. I said yeah , let me finish this 1 thing & Ill call u. then he changed & said he's not gonna wait around all afternoon, i'll see u at 1330. I said probably not, but Ill be there when I get there. At that point I lost confidence in their ability to complete the job. So i immediately called him back, told him i was cancelling the service, he acknowledged & i hung up. Then they start repeatedly texting/calling wanting to return, which I ignored. Even two days later, I got a voicemail claiming I stood them up, never called, and left their worker idle -- none of which is accurate. I cancelled immediately and communicated that cancellation directly. My time was wasted & it cost me extra money too.
