We had someone come out with carpet samples and to measure for a quote. -The quote provided indicated that the square footage was much higher than the other two companies we ended up getting quotes from and since the charge is per square foot it added a ton to the total. -I noticed that the quote included the cost to take out carpet in all rooms but there were two rooms that had no carpet to be taken out. -We asked for help picking a carpet to install and it turns out the one recommended does not meet any of our needs and would have been a big problem. -Then he said the carpet would be ordered and could be installed the next week since we were in a rush. 5 days later he hadn't ordered the carpet and we started shopping other companies. -The quote said that if we are talking to any companies let them know since they would beat or match reasonable competitive quotes but once I mentioned we were shopping around the guy stopped responding and I'm glad he did so we didn't get stuck overpaying for a carpet that isn't right for us read more

I have to say I was very very happy with this company. I have a kitchen tile floor it was installed about 10 years ago. We cook a lot and over the years it's obviously gotten pretty grimy in the grout went from beige to black. And over the years it's gotten really slippery actually to the point that I took a bad fall on it about a month and a half ago and actually fractured my back oh dear anyhow I called this company they came out they did a major cleaning including the grout sealed the grout and it looks fabulous and it's nowhere near as slippery. I think it was just years of Gunk even though I have house cleaners that do clean it every couple weeks anyhow. The young man who came knew his stuff did a great job in and out not a lot of time highly recommended. Wish I had taken it before and after picture but trust me for the couple hundred dollars it was well worth it. Now I'll do it more frequently read more

TLDR: AVOID for any clean up services. The markup is insane. Should have read the reviews before hiring them for a deep clean before we listed our house. These guys charged us 3x+ what regular house keepers charge us. At that price, we expected a thorough job. The house was poorly cleaned. Like if you wiped a dry tissue off the floor it came back up dirty. We decided to retain a lot of our furniture for staging and the crew did not clean around it. For instance, if dirt was swept under a couch while they vacuumed around it (with a 2 inch ground clearance ) , it was not cleaned out. The under-bed was a mess. The explanation from REDI was that the crew does not "move" furniture to clean. I get not cleaning up behind a couch or a refrigerator , but obvious signs of dirt that require minimal reach should be cleaned up when you charge over 3x a regular house keeping work order. On top of all that, the rep was extremely rude when I tried to leave some feedback. read more

They have helped my family with everything from carpet cleaning all the way to a complex insurance repair. Once they arrive, they handle the entire claims process for you. They are professional and super fair priced compared to the completion. We've never found a comparable value when it comes down to the product vs the price. They don't farm out most of the work and sit back. They have their own flooring showroom and even do cabinets and countertops. I have used Esteam in the past and they were fine. They have merged with another company and lost the small family touch. They were two hours late to the appointment and when I tried to call I got an answering machine. No one contacted me they were running that late. I had a spot from a plant in the corner of my dining room. I showed them and didn't expect it to be fixed. They tried... The spot is now 2-3 times larger. It looks horrible. Paul came out and said he fixed it and it is now even worse. Carpet is Berber wool. I may have to have new dining room carpet. One of the carpet cleaners said 'the company is in chaos.' I have trouble writing a negative review but the experience has left me quite upset. Maybe in a year they'll have it all together. Yvonne in the office has always been lovely. The request is based on room sq footage minus large furniture. My estimate to for 2 bedrooms, hall, living room and family room was $280-$320 as I mentioned I had large furniture. I received text message confirmation and one reminder. I got a call from technician when he was on his way. Technician arrived on time, was aware and conscience of my indoor cat. He measured using a laser and told me that it would be $250. (Cheaper than other services I've used in the past). Guards were used to protect the walls.. I was given the option for additional services (stain guard, etc) Work was fast and efficient. Carpets look great, the few soiled areas are gone. High traffic areas look fantastic. We live in the country and these are 20+ year old carpets lol I think we can get another few years out of them - thank you! read more

My wife and I are very neat people and we have a few rentals. Customer service is not very good anymore. The tenants are supposed to take care of the carpet but they never do so we hired esteam carpet and tile to clean the tile in the carpet. Very respectful very tidy company. we are hard to please. I made the mistake of using a different company 6 months ago that "dry cleaned" my wool rug at my house. The rug didn't look clean after but I thought maybe it was because the rug was beyond cleaning. I inherited this rug from my late stepdad. He said he had spent thousands on it and, of course, I stuck it in my living room where it's the most traffic....and I have a one year old and 3 1/2 year old. The rug was NASTY. JUST NASTY. I decided to go with Esteam this time. They gave me a quote same as the last guy. They sent a guy out to my house who was SUPER nice. He explained that a wool rug like mine really should not be cleaned with hot water and such and suggested having it brought into the shop for a legit cleaning. They were running a special and the price was good, so I went with it. Now my only regret is not taking before and after pictures. I just unrolled it and I flipped out - it looks BRAND NEW!!! I am SO impressed, and they did it super quick because I was moving and needed it done in two days. I cannot express how happy I am with the job they did. This seems like a good outfit. I spent around $1500 for what seemed like a thorough intense indoor house and carpet cleaning and I was pretty impressed. At first when the ladies showed up to clean the game room they looked unofficial, in an unmarked car, but they really did a fine job on the game room! It smelled so fresh and clean like I can never remember it, and there wasn't a fingerprint on anything! Very impressed. The same ladies did an excellent job with the VERY dusty blinds. I wasn't here when the carpets were cleaned but when I got home there were some issues and when I called they sent out the head technician the following Monday, who's name escapes me, but he did a MUCH better job than the previous carpet cleaner. I adopted a dog last year and long story short, it's amazing how much damage a 6 pound dog can do to nice wool rugs. Esteam did a beautiful job on two large area rugs. I wanted the deepest cleaning possible so they did the cleaning on-site, rather than at my house. It's more expensive but it's worth it and it extends the life of the rugs that much further. The young men who came to examine the rugs, discuss options and take the rugs with them and the young men who brought them back were all a real pleasure to deal with - respectful, courteous and fast. I was very disappointed with Redi. I used Esteem carpet cleaning for the past 10 years for my business and residential property and loved them. Redi apparently took over Esteem. The cost was twice as much as I paid 3 years ago for Esteem, same service. When I called, they said they used the same pricing as Esteem, which was misleading. The technician offered a "cash discount" which was sketchy. He did not move a thing, and the stair way had marks where his hoses hit the walls. I called the company to express my concerns, and all she said was, inflation was the reason for the cost differential. I will not use them again. read more
