Wow, was I ever surprised by the service I received from this company. The owner a guy named Paul, answered the phone and gave me unrushed time to answer all my questions and concerns. At the end of the conversation, he asked me a question that took me off guard. He asked, "tell me three areas of concern that were not properly addressed by your last cleaning company, that are the most important to you? I thought that was a great question because it got into the open my expectations and where I felt my house needed improvement. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that if I ever had a problem to please call him directly. That is good old fashioned customer service. Suffice it to say, this owner has his systems down to perfection. the same people show up to my house every week, I live with two teenage male PIGS, I mean BOYS, and my our house is always in need of help. Yes, I found a company who was a bit less expensive, but I've learned through the years that you get what you pay for. I needed consistency and attention to detail. I get both at The Cleaning Authority. Sure is there ever a spot that is missed or needs more attention, absolutely, after all, who is perfect. Stephanie gives you a reminder call the day before and does her best to set up a cleaning schedule tailored to your needs. The ladies are the same team each time and if you talk to them about something they will remember for the next time as well. All of their products are green and odorless. If you have a specific cleaner you'd like used for something you can leave it out and they will use it as directed. Everyone speaks English and are "legal". The first 2 cleans are more expensive due to the deep cleaning necessary to bring everything up to scratch, but then the price goes back to the base rate. They even send out a QA rep to see how the team did after the job is finished and will reclean anything you are unhappy with. I would highly recommend this cleaning company.

They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough--cleaning everything plus the details most companies miss like window tracks and under the sliding glass door. This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for. This is the first time I've had a deep clean where I felt completely satisfied. I'll definitely be using them again for yearly deep cleaning and their monthly service.
