2425 had great yelp reviews so I scheduled a carpet cleaning w/ April to prepare for a move in. April was great. She took the time to explain the service and the cost. But...on the day of the cleaning, she informed me that the cleaning would need to be rescheduled because their carpet cleaner broke down that morning. She asked if it could be rescheduled for next week. Furniture and the movers were coming in 5 days. No can do. I get it, Sh** happens but for a business to rely on one piece of machinery is not efficient and bad for business. I used task rabbit and was able to get a carpet cleaner the same day. We used 24/25 cleaners for both sides of our move and we were very happy with their service. Move-in cleaning: I contacted the team the week of our move to see what was available since our other plans fell through. When I reached out they were fully booked for July 4th. They reached out within a few mins to let me know they found two cleaners to come in the morning, which we really appreciated especially being last minute, the weather would be hot and it was a holiday. Ekaterina arrived right on time and was very friendly. We did a walk through and she said it would likely take 4 hours to deep clean everything. Her partner arrived shortly after our walkthrough and while I didn't catch her name, she was also very friendly. I let them know we had movers loading up our old place and would be arriving in 3-4 hours. If they could start downstairs to ensure the floors were mopped that would be ideal. I felt bad for the overlap and appreciate Ekaterina quick adjustment when I came back after 3 hours to let her know the movers would be arriving within 20-30 mins. She quickly stopped cleaning the upstairs bathroom and cleaned the bedrooms so they would be ready once the movers arrived. There was a little miscommunication with one of the toilet that needed to be cleaned. A leak was fixed 2 days prior and the plumber said to avoid flushing for 2 weeks. I let Ekaterina know not to flush it since it could leak and if it couldn't be cleaned without flushing, to avoid cleaning it. I had planned to put a note or tape on the toilet but didn't have anything at the house when we met. When I came back and saw her cleaning the bathroom, I reminded her not to flush. She let me know the toilet was working and she was able to flush it. She felt bad about the misunderstanding and let me know she only flushed once. During the walkthrough I found the kitchen sink was missed and they quickly cleaned it. We found a few more spots in the kitchen once they left that still needed cleaning, but I was able to clean them easily. The pair did a great job upstairs, the house smelled and looked clean and we appreciated them coming out last minute and working around the movers. Move-out cleaning: Elena and her partner arrived on time and were both very friendly. Elena asked questions and took notes during the walkthrough while her partner got the supplies ready. Within 5 mins they were busy cleaning. We let them know we would be going back and forth between the houses which they were okay with. I checked in at 3 hours and they thought it would be another hour before they would be done. We did another trip and did some cleaning in the garage while they wrapped up. I did the walkthrough with Elena and the house was spotless! Very happy and appreciative of their hard work. Overall, both teams were great. It was a little over 4 hours on each house, and we had very minor call outs. The new house is 300+ sq ft bigger and they had the movers to work around which I know was challenging. I'm taking away one star because of the payment process. The invoice arrives digitally once the teams leave. This makes it harder to tip the teams in cash when they finish. The company also charge a 4.5% fee for paying by debit/credit card, but doesn't offer another way to pay.. Lastly, the invoice only shows the balance due prior to paying. Once paid, an invoice with the breakdown of charges is provided which seems like it should be provided beforehand. read more

Very disappointing . I was not at home but when I came home came across unfortunate scenes. The sink was left dirty, under the sofa had an obvious dirty spot, one of the hand towels was missing and last but not least the toilet seat was permanently stained due to using whatever cleaning material they used. Not only they did not clean the house but the damaged and walked away. They offered to replaced the seat but unfortunately they broke it when trying to install. They would come to the house outside of arranged appointment times and knock on the door interrupting my ongoing obligations. It was a nightmare sadly. As a cardiologist my time is million times more valuable than dealing with these rude and unprofessional people. Shame on this company read more

Chelsea answered all my questions and was able to set up an appointment right away for same day, as well as working within our availability. Also, offered a very competitive price. The cleaner arrived within the timeframe provided. Although cleaning was not as thorough as hoped, she also had time constraints to work around. They provided a good service for the price so all of that was good however, Neither cleaner spoke English. I wrote down a list of items that I wanted cleaned as part of a 4hr deep clean. Some items were not done. They were also using phone / voice translation. A bit awkward when trying to explain to someone what areas to focus on. I had asked 2x on paper and verbally to clean the blinds but that was not done. For basic clinic I would recommend but for detail oriented I would be cautious. After months of dealing with our previous cleaner's last minute cancellations and very poor communication about delays, I finally decided to search for a new company. I think it's a big decision to let strangers into your home, so I scoured Yelp and Google reviews, confirmed licenses with WA DLI, etc. We decided to try 24/25 Cleaners, and I'm so glad we did. They live up to their superb reviews and do a great job of cleaning within a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. Although in-person communication can be a little tricky depending on the cleaners' English speaking abilities, we're still able to communicate what we need. More importantly (in my opinion), the company does a fantastic job with communication about scheduling and delays. They are incredibly prompt. The one time they were running late, someone from 24/25 actually CALLED me to let me know about the delay and ask if the later time would still work with my schedule. (Our previous cleaners were consistently late and I always had to be the one to reach out to ask about ETA.) Payment and scheduling are also very easy.
