Did not show up on the scheduled cleaning day. Requested a quote for a move out cleaning based on the good reviews, Tina responded with a good hourly price and i wanted to go ahead book the service. Response was very slow I had to follow up couple times to make sure she got my request. Move out cleaning was scheduled and confirmed. On the day of scheduled cleaning, no one showed up or messaged me, So i reached out asking if anyone was coming still. Got the response that she forgot to add this to her calendar and also got into a bad car accident and thing are crazy atm. She offered a discount if i can schedule for another time. I appreciate her apologies but as a business you should be able to let customers know ahead of time, so they can start looking other services. I need the cleaning to be done right away, so her offer wasn't an option. I had to start over requesting for immediate cleaning services on Yelp from other businesses... just stressful. I know unexpected things happens in life but the excuse and forgetting to book calendar just not professional. hate to leave a bad review but do want this to remind customers when they are looking for cleaning services. read more

Needed a move out cleaning done by today and started to email/request quotes 3 days ago. Understandably, many companies are busy this time of the year and told me they are not available this week. I thought I was lucky to find one company who could schedule at a short notice (3 days out). After answering a whole bunch of questions for them, we were able to set the appointment for today at noon. Two days went by, then came more emails this morning asking about what kind of house it is, how many floors, who lived in it....etc and the bottom line was, "oh, the price may go up than previously estimated". By now, it's 10am. Then the last email basically said they had to cancel today, but maybe can reschedule for tomorrow. Right, like I can trust that now. I was so frustrated and out of time, that I figured I would start the cleaning myself. But i made a last ditch effort, and send out a request to Tina's. By 10:30am, we booked the appointment for today at 1 pm. To prepare, I got all my cleaning supplies ready, in case there's a no show at 1pm. Then Valeria (Tina's crew) came! She was on time, courteous, and did a fantastic job! We spoke about the things I would like done and she gave an estimate on how much time she needs and the total price. She worked really hard and actually finished the tasks early and when I wrote the check for the originally agreed upon price, she said the amount should be lower, as she didn't take all that time. What a pleasant surprise! That made my day. More than the money, the business integrity was just so refreshing to see. And thank goodness, I won't have to think about picking up a second trade in cleaning myself because I'll be sure to contact Tina's first for all my cleaning needs in the future. read more

A great experience! It was easy to schedule a move-out cleaning with Tina's Helping Hands for our apartment in Renton. Communication was great leading up to and during the cleaning appointment. I let them know about one area I was concerned about (burned milk stain on the stovetop) and they gave it special attention and got it cleaned up really well. I have used Tina's Helping Hands for almost 3 years to do regular house cleaning. Christina is very responsive via text. She confirms the day before the cleaning and lets me know which cleaner will be coming and what time. There have been a number of times that I needed to change my cleaning day of the week last minute or need cleaning at a certain time; Christina has worked hard to meet my requests. We used this service to clean our new home before moving in. I've never used a cleaning service before so this was a bit of a test. I made sure to note what was dirty like the oven and bathroom mirror and stuff then made sure to check up on it afterwards. All was good. Cristina was super easy to communicate with during the appointment process and really fast to respond, even late at night. She set us up with Doina and I'm happy with her work. We also weren't there to let her in so she had to use a lockbox. I'd use them again if we decide to get routine cleanings. read more
