It was refreshing to speak with Matt, who has been nothing but kind and professional and extremely helpful with my questions and most importantly the handling of my vehicle. This was an insurance job and Nashville Collision was able to take care of my issues and work around some items Progressive refused to address (horrible auto insurance per my neighbor who caused the auto damage)! The process took longer than expected (due to Progressive) and Matt continued to keep me well informed via clear communication by phone call, email and texts (which I truly appreciate). For the price and 6 hours I expected it to be pretty spotless inside and out as we paid for the gold package. We had to ask the guy to wipe everything down again. Water marks and streaks on every door and frame, all the chrome as well. The inside was carpet cleaned but the interior was not wiped down thoroughly, many spots still missed. The inside windows still looked smudged. The running boards still had dirt on them. Definitely not worth the price. Will not be a returning customer as I feel I need to finish the job. Extremely disappointed
