Almost resulted in a catastrophe trying to pull a camper because the attachment was not bolted to the bed of the truck properly. These people have no clue what the hell they're doing! Obviously! I get an email back asking for my information, and I state that it's easier for me to communicate via email, which they did. Mariah is who helped me. I ask about the vehicles that qualified for this payment. They responded with a link to their used car inventory. I then requested information specifically on the vehicles that met that 0 down $99 a month, the person replied that they have "Chevy Nissans Mitsubishi some chargers challengers as well." (Direct cut and paste from her email there.). I was impressed, I asked for some information on the chargers and challengers, and she once again replied with a link to their used car inventory. The chargers and challengers are like $20k cars, so they obviously don't fit into that 0 down $99 a month category, so I call her out on that. Now at this point, we have been emailing back and forth for two days. I ask again and she says she just does scheduling and I will need to talk to a manager. I then ask for my emails to be forwarded to someone who can help me, and Mariah, at that point, just stops communicating. No response, no help, her sole job apparently is to tell people what they want to hear so they will come see them in person. At this point, I have decided to find a dealership that can actually help me instead of wasting two days of my time. Maybe this experience is unique to me, but I've seen enough to realize that this dealership is not for me. EDIT: If anything changes I will update.

After going to multiple dealerships looking for the right deal, they were the exception to this rule it seems and I just couldn't have been more pleased with how it all worked out. Even the finance manager was great and didn't high pressure sell the warranties- he explained them all very well and showed me their value but it was respectful and honest. After and hour and half and time being 4:30(20min drive and they close at 5:30) decided to head that way to make sure I get the car back at end of the day. What followed was 33 days of "we can't pay you until the title arrives" -- even though my lender confirmed in writing on 7/30 that the loan was paid in full. I'm an Army veteran and I handled this the right way: calls, patience, follow-ups, numerous conversations with their manager Mike. The day I said I'd had enough, his position was still that I could go to the DMV myself or wait another three weeks. Dismissive from start to finish. On 8/27 I showed up in person with the lender's paid-in-full letter. Only then did they hand over my check -- dated 7/27, two days after the sale. It existed nearly the whole time they were telling me they couldn't pay. The car had already been resold. (Keep-or-cut sentence:) Nothing in the bill of sale I signed conditions payment on the title. If you sell them your car, demand a payment date in writing. Every date above is documented.

I never would have considered buying a car from a little place on the side of the road but it turned out GREAT! I was shown a few cars that were too small but they said they had one being serviced and would be getting it back the next morning. That car turned out to be the one I purchased. I was worried that it was the dreaded "Hemi Tick" and it turns out that I was correct. My lifters had collapsed and had damaged the cam shaft. I was also experiencing an issue with the power steering when the vehicle was put in reverse. They found that the power steering fluid was low (I was surprised that was even an issue seeing as how I just purchased the car. All fluids should have been checked prior to selling, hence the 4 Star rating). But it wasn't that big of an issue, other than having to pay for the power steering fluid. However, I am glad I purchased the warranty so the engine issue was covered, just have to pay my deducible. Overall, service was pretty good, and done in a very timely manner, considering what had to be done. My representative Jonathan was very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle.

Unfortunately, after everything that happened, I can't recommend this dealership. We bought a used 2018 Honda Accord for our 16-year-old son's first car. We knew we were buying a used car and obviously weren't expecting it to be perfect, but we did expect a Ford dealership to have properly inspected and serviced it before putting it on the lot. There were already a few things we noticed when we looked at the car, including a cracked windshield and concerns with the tires. We were told those things would be taken care of and that the service department would go through the car. Once we had the car, we just kept finding things. The battery needed to be replaced, there were questions about which tires, if any, had actually been replaced, and the car only came with one key. It got to the point where I really started questioning how thoroughly this car had been inspected before it was sold. Only to find out they've been having issues with their Service Department's ability to thoroughly inspect used vehicles.... per our salesman. He asked me to reach out to the owner and voice my concern while they had the car doing another inspection. My biggest issue isn't that a used car needed some things fixed. I understand that happens. My issue is that this was our son's first car and we specifically bought from a dealership because we wanted some peace of mind that someone had actually gone through it. Instead, we ended up feeling like we were the ones doing the inspection after the sale. We tried working with the dealership and gave them another opportunity instead of immediately leaving a bad review, but by then the trust was gone. There were simply too many things that should have been caught or handled before we ever took possession of the car. We ended up going to Planet Ford in Dallas to find another vehicle for our son. The experience there was completely different. We purchased his car from them and had such a good experience that I also ended up purchasing a custom Bronco from them. So instead of buying one vehicle locally from Waxahachie Ford, we ended up buying two vehicles from Planet Ford in Dallas. Waxahachie Ford lost our trust and ultimately lost our business. Planet Ford earned it. If you're considering a used vehicle from Waxahachie Ford, especially for your kid, I would absolutely have it independently inspected before buying it. Based on what we experienced, I wouldn't rely on the dealership's inspection alone.
