Food was not hot! I got the sourdough single burger and jalapeño bits! Which were room temperature! Not cool in my book! It seems that most loves are so much in a hurry to get the food out to make money that the quality of the food is very much lacking and getting to the point divers are getting sick and tired of them! I walked up to the counter to order some lunch and the lady was crouched behind the register... Not sure what she was doing. I stood there for a few minutes for her to finish up whatever she was doing and she looked up at me and said "I'll be with you in a moment." I stood silently just reading whatever I could on the menu to pass the time. Eventually someone pulled into the drive thru and the lady who said she would be with me in a moment started taking the drive through order. She then went over to the drive through window and started preparing the customers drinks. I had just showered, so I don't think that it was my scent that offended her, and I never had an opportunity to say a single word... So I can only assume that it was my appearance that caused her to not want to take my order. I've always known that I'm not a very attractive man compared to today's filter infected social media world, but it was a true eye opening moment to learn that I was so hideous that I didn't deserve a hamburger. I guess she gave me something to think about. I took the hint and left silently...confused and hungry...and obviously quite ugly. Guess I'll have to find a burger chain that has low beauty standards for their customers that I might be able to qualify for. One can hope. I order a large handcrafted chicken sandwich combo. The cook picked out the smallest piece of chicken patty he could find. I complained about that because it didn't fit the money I paid them. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THROUGH THE APP. Ordered online through the app. PAID, Food never came. 1 hour later I Tried to call the store 10 times or more before the manager finally answered the phone and she was rude and said there is nothing she can do and she can't give me my money back. She didn't offer to make fresh food and I'd pick it up or anything. I told her I want to talk to her boss above her and she gave me her phone number, left messages and NO CALL BACK. Waited at the window for about 15 minutes- Not in line, but AT the window. It was a simple order but took them forever. I could see several employees inside just standing around (Aug 1, appx 1:00pm). What a joke. Stopped for fuel and went in for some food. Waited in a line with several other people of 10 minutes. There was one family that was ordering and three employees trying to take their very unusual order for that entire time. Here is an idea - open another register with one of those three. My husband ordered a double bacon truffle burger. He asked for extra sauce, add pickles and to sub the Swiss cheese for American cheese that is normally$5.99. The price for the extra was an extra $4. Beyond outrageous to charge that much especially to substitute cheese . the food was hot and fresh and the order was correct. read more

Usually I like Carl's Jr. however, on July 8 @ 1:30ish we ordered a 5 piece chicken with our order. They were burnt. When I took it up to have it replaced I was told they are cooked that way. Must be a Brigham City way. I asked for a replacement to be pulled out one minute earlier. I've worked fast food. It can be done. As I watched 4 other orders of chicken pieces go out, even hearing the cook tell the front not to give those to me. I picked off the burnt pieces because I had hungry kids. After requesting 3 different times and over a 15 minute wait for my replacement the cook YELLED to give me my money back. Really?!? read more

April 25 1:30 in the morning I chose to stay at this loves even though I have a little more time I could've gotten closer in Salt Lake City, but because they had Carls junior and a handful of parking spaces I chose to stay here. It is a 24 hour restaurant however last night there wasn't a soul to be found and after waiting for 15 minutes because I was hungry and haven't eaten all day and I really didn't want Subway or hotdogs from Loves I waited. The place was a mess all the monitors were off there 24 hours but not a soul was there and the place look like it was In use and then just evacuated.So I had to settle for subway after all what a let down. After I got up and went inside at 11:15 in the morning I inquire after the manager and he verified they are 24 hours I let him know what happened last night why I Had chosen to stay there last night. The manager told me that the guy clock out at 2 AM and didn't tell anybody so apparently they had employee issues last night. That's understandable and I was not angry but I Would have like some resolution however after telling me to go to class at 2 AM the manager turned around walked off in my face. So I don't have very much else to say about this Carl's except that I will try to avoid coming here in the future. As I'm sure the other 15 people that came through while I was there don't know how many after I left will probably not come there either. Very disappointed in the Management. The staff really needs lessons on how to take orders and how to stay off their phones and deliver the orders. It's very annoying to see your food up there waiting to be picked up while someone is checking their phone and walking around doing nothing.
