Four stars because they handled our request for needing gluten free so well. The Staff verified that we need a gluten-free because of an allergy. This place communicates very well and clarifies information. My daughter was very pleased with her option of having her burger sans bun In a container. The burgers were hot, juicy, And flavorful. Fries are always good. And they give you so many that you will never finish them unless you are a fry fiend. I was very impressed with how seriously they were taking this pandemic. Tables were clean and spaced appropriately. Sanitizer was placed next to the entrance, next to the drink dispenser, and other places around the restaurant. All staff were appropriately wearing masks covering their mouth and nose (not just mouth. If you don't cover the nose it defeats the purpose of a mask). Got home... missing FIVE out of 7 toppings. How ironic. I've fortunately had 1 good experience here in the past, but this last one was abysmal. Ordered hamburger, paid the high dollar value. After a 7 min drive home, opened up a mashed mess of a burger that was missing 5 out of 7 toppings. Pathetic. Period. As a celiac, this location is always reliable for me! They are very knowledgeable about being gluten-free and are very patient. They willing change their gloves and take precautions to prevent cross contact. The last 2 times I've been there the cashier was a celiac himself and the other time the cashier stated his mom and sister are gluten-free too. Thanks for having great employees that are willing to serve the gluten-free customers. It's comforting having a safe place to go to! (I had just left Costa Vida because it was a hot mess over there and all the employees were touching all the ingredients after handling wheat tortillas) I always order the cheese burger in a bowl "all the way" (with a gluten allergy) with green peppers and double the lettuce! read more

So disappointed with my visit today. Usually five guys fills the bag with double the amount of fries you order, but they didn't even fill the cup up all the way! $4 seems like a lot of money to pay for less than 30 fries. Other locations are great, but the Logan location was very slow and our burgers were pretty smashed too. I ordered online but I thought fries were included, they weren't. I paid 15$ for just a burger that wasn't very good, the bun was heavily drenched in grease where it was even leaking through the bag so the bread didn't stay together and was super soggy. Food = delicious. Price = Five Guys is a fantastic place if you love burgers and fries, especially burgers. They taste amazing. Juicy burgers loaded with fresh toppings. I'll admit, not the best presentation (burgers are wrapped in tin foil and thrown in a bag with cups of overflowing fries), but the taste makes up for it. One thing I love: free choice of any toppings you want. Grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapeños, tomatoes, lettuce, condiments, you name it. The ingredients are fresh. They also use the high quality stuff, but with that comes higher prices (two burgers, fries, a soda, and a shake was about $32). Fries are good, but definitely not the best I've had. Their speciality is definitely burgers. I'm a fan of their shakes too. Overall, taste and quantity of food is 5 stars, price drops it down to 4 stars for me. read more

Best fries in town! I always get a little cheeseburger because as we all know their regular burgers have double parties. The burgers aren't too fancy but if you like the backyard grilled look and taste-this is the place. I'm always a little disappointed the cheese is never melted but other than that they are great! My husband prefers Center Street burgers, but it's the fries that keep him going back. I will also note they are very friendly about gluten allergies. Just tell them no bun and they will always ask if it's a preference or allergy so they can be extra careful. Plus the fryer is for fries only, so no cross contamination there! read more

It's another Five Guys! The experience, like the food, was predictable; I got pretty much exactly what I expected. I came at the end of the lunch rush, and though there was a ten minute wait for my food, a clean table was readily available. The employees were friendly, and everyone seemed to be working hard to keep up with business, keep the counters stocked with ketchup, fry sauce and napkins, and keep the restaurant clean. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and a water. The soda fountains are the kind with a touch screen and a seemingly infinite number of soda options. The fries were bland, as usual, but they tasted fresh and the fry sauce helped a lot. The burger was massive, fresh, and pretty good. I guess it's nice that Five Guys is here. There aren't a ton of places in town with really good burgers, so it's good to have another option, though I'd be happier with a Crown Burger. They aren't that expensive. My meal was $10 and change, which isn't bad and honestly not that much more costly than a value meal at a fast food restaurant. I hear after my marathon Saturday, and it is my favorite burger joint in town. The meet is high-quality, you get to add all the toppings you want for free, and the bacon is pretty good. I would suggest eating the burger on site because the bun absorbs more oyster quickly, and can get soggy and no time - especially if you have lettuce and tomato on your burger. We love Five Guys! The hamburgers are thick and juicy and always taste fresh, not like the frozen, compressed, rubbery patties you get at a lot of other restaurants in Logan. I ordered a "cheeseburger" and "little fries" for $10.85. I got a good sized double cheeseburger and a LOT more fries than expected. The food was okay. The burger wasn't really that flavorful. It was pretty plain aside from all the toppings (which are free btw). I don't really understand the hype Five Guys gets. If you have a peanut allergy or are trying to limit your lectin intake.
