The clerk from the cash register asked me if I wanted to get my salad and I said yes. She then asked me if I wanted romaine or spring mix. I opted for the spring mix and then commenced with my food options from the salad bar. Once I had finished with the salad, I then joined my husband in waiting for his wrap. There was a large party in front of us that we didn't realize we were waiting on for them to get their food first. I'd say in total we waited about 10 minutes. The restaurant was clean and the staff were busy with ensuring that everything was fresh for the salad bar as well as cleaning up and stocking items (straws, napkins, etc.). They definitely were of the mind of keeping busy and not standing around idle. Once order was in hand, we took it back to the hotel and ate there. My salad was very good and my husband's wrap was also very filling and tasty. I'll definitely be coming back to this place in the future. The food is good and high quality.
