Do not look and trust the average stars for this place. It truly deserves 5 stars. I was in the area chasing monsoon storms and stumbled upon this place. The place was very clean, with great ambiance. There was lots of parking. The service was amazing, every staff was very nice and they were very kind to seat us even though they were 30 minutes from closing. I ordered the seafood cioppino (they have options for white wine or red wine sauce). The flavor was super well balanced, the seafood was plentiful and perfectly cooked and very fresh. The quality was very high. It also came with a minestrone soup that was chock full of vegetables in a savory tomato broth. Prices were very good, this seafood pasta was about 28 dollars and it could easily feed two, and again it was chock full of high quality fresh seafood. My friend got the kids pepperoni pizza because he wasn't very hungry and it was huge still, can't imagine what the regular size would be. This place definitely deserves a stop. I will for sure be returning if I'm ever in the area. read more

We went to celebrate my daughter's transition. We were very disappointed in the service. 1. Waitress dropped the water on my mother in law. 2. Everyone except my husband was given the salad( we had to ask for it to be brought). 3. Food came to us in batches. Kids meal first then about 20min later 2 plates, 10min after that 2 more plates. About 20 minutes later my daughter's chicken Alfredo was brought (they had offered it to other tables before bringing it to her by the time it got to our table it was cold). 4. They had completely forgotten about my son's pizza kept telling me it would be out in 5min took a lot longer than that.( ended up asking for to go boxes when it finally arrived) I told the waitress my daughters food was cold and she proceeded to argue with me saying it was impossible for it to have been cold and on. My daughter refused to eat it. When we got home i took a look at it and chicken was raw in the center! Completely disappointed with the service. read more

Let me start by saying I'm very picky as what I like. I went inside to place a to go order, a pizza; meat lovers! By the time I got to eat, was full of ingredients and was tasty. I fell in love with the inside; kind of like an old 50's diner focusing on various guitars. It was awesome! I want to go back and dine inside and try their Chicken Alfredo. I love the decor. The Chicken Marsala dish came with garlic bread and a salad. I had asked the waiter to put fresh shaved parmasean to make the Marsala extra special. The food was amazing and the ambiance was fantastic. I would highly recommend to take your date or good friend to this restaurant. read more

I stopped in for a pizza for lunch the following day. I wrongly thought it was a pizzeria. Although they do have pizza. It's primarily an Italian restaurant. Its atmosphere is welcoming. The service is decent. If you are a Spanish speaker you will be right at home. I had the Chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. The chicken was tender with a good texture on the breading. The place is aesthetically interesting. It's clean and everyone is pleasant. I ordered a pizza and some hot-wings to go and it was ready within about 30 minutes after ordering. The pizza appeared to have been cooked in an oven and the bottom was a little burnt. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and got extra jalapenos, olives, and mushrooms. Each one of these toppings cost an additional $3 which seems reasonable. It was sort of funny when I looked for the olives and counted only 6 olives which makes them 0.50 cents each. Our waiter apparently left so we waited at least 30 mins between app and meal (had to actually go inside and ask about our meals). And the place only had one other table. I am very disappointed at the terrible service and food. This is the first time I go there and don't enjoy my food and service. I order salmon and it took for ever to take it, we when I finally got it everybody had finished eating, we were a large party. Salmon tasted terrible like old or after frozen taste. This eatery is NOT to the caliber of restaurant it was approximately 6 months ago (if not maybe 4). The staff ALL need to go and they need to bring back the old servers and hosts that were efficient, pleasant, and seemed happy to help one another out. The same person who greeted us appeared to assist with bringing out the food, but she was very unpleasant. Never mind her height to appear menacing, but add attitude into the equation, scarier. Her attitude was so bad that she kicked the kitchen door and almost hit one of her co-workers. I can't even say that the food was good because items were missing from our order. The food that was delivered was overly spicy or salty, both levels were inedible. We did not say anything for fear of another temper tantrum or who knows what the reaction may have been. Months past we could have said something to the nice blonde lady (Kristina) who used to work there or the male host with glasses (Victor) but not anymore. The best thing is to just not give them my hard earned money, most especially if the new staff no longer give the same quality of service and the food is inedible. You know I was pretty disappointed in my experience tonight. Was seated down with menu and no drink menu. When I asked for a drink menu she seemed annoyed to grab a drink menu. Only beer and wine listed. I ordered a margarita. It tasted like a poorly pre made mix with little tequila I honestly wondered if there was any in there. Also a white wine was ordered. Tasted like a watered down old wine. Do they water their drinks down here? Table ordered the rib eye and fries which came with a side salad. Salad and steak was decent the fries tasted bad. Over cooked in bad oil. Wings were good. I'd stick with that. Tito flavor (spicy bbq) and buffalo sauce. Love that they aren't breaded. Also ordered the garlic bread. Came here for a late lunch on a Tuesday. We were seated immediately and ordered wings and the tomato bisque soup. Both were very delicious. Soup had an amazing taste with the bread it comes with. I am disappointed to say that Tito's has turned out to be your typical Nogales restaurant...good food, bad service. When this restaurant first opened, I loved it, spoke highly of it and recommended it to several friends and family. Unfortunately, I have seen their service go down hill more and more every time I have gone in for lunch/dinner. This past Friday I went in with a table of 6. We were seated outside in the patio as there was no seating available inside which was fine. We didn't mind as we understood it was a busy Friday night and we hadn't made a reservation. To make it short, we were told by our server that it was very busy and that they were sorry but our food was going to be a while. Sure enough, we realized how poor the service was going to be. It took over 30 minutes for one of the margaritas to come out, our order was messed up, food came out sporadically and server wasn't attentive as far as drink refills. Another thing I noted while there was that the servers kept coming up not only to our table but everyone else's table around us asking if they ordered whatever they were bringing out. It was clear they were disorganized and confused. Regardless of how busy a restaurant is, there is no excuse for that type of service. It's unacceptable and I'm sad to say while I enjoy the food at Tito's and have been there over a dozen times since it opened, I won't be back to dine it after the several bad experiences I have had there. If improvements aren't made as far as service goes, Tito's will be yet another restaurant at this location that shuts it's doors. read more

Pizza was delicious, nice and crunchy, toppings were fresh and sauce was great.. I love it when the topping reaches all the way to the end of the crust and you are not eating an inch of flavorless crust. Lasagna was perfectly layered, meaty and cheesy. Ordered parmesan cheese wings, traditional of course. No sissy boneless. You should have the whole wing experience, dive right in, mess and all. Nice and crunchy with great sauce. Tito's chicken Marsala is fantastic! The sauce is best in class with any high style restaurant. I had several of their hamburgers and have to admit that these were the best I have had, ever. Tito's is known for their pizzas. I've had several and found they are better than anywhere else for 100 miles. Order a KiltLifter and it is delivered in an icy-cold glass. Great service. We have been here several times and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. That is, before today. We were greeted and seated relatively quickly, and ordered drinks and appetizers soon after. After a few minutes, another server asked if we had been helped, we said yes, we placed our drink and appetizer order already. I used to live in Nogales in 2001 and I remember the days when there were not many options for dining out in Nogales. I went to dinner last night to this restaurant and I really impress with the excellent taste of food, but also the beautiful decoration of the place. I really enjoy the chicken marsala that I ordered. My wife ordered the chicken piccata. I read various comments that it the service wasn't good, but we can't complain about it. The only challenge we had was that we ordered a small pizza as an appetizer and it didn't arrive until we got our food. But because the food was so good, I could give them a bad review. read more

Been here in the past and used to be sooooo good now it's a far cry from the past. Can't believe it's gotten more expensive and portions are minimal now. Example when you get and entry you were given a choice of soup or salad. You had the choice of soups veggie or tomatoe bisque. Now if you want the bisque extra six dollars unbelievable. When bisque came out small bowl not even half full and cold. As for other orders all wrong medium rare came out fully cooked. No seasoning for fetuchinni chicken was dry like desert sand. Not happy with Titos they've lost their touch or its about money no passion for the food the make. Not going to be coming back anytime soon. read more

We were passing by Nogales and we found this awesome little wings bar restaurant around us. The food was very tasty I ordered their house Tito's burger, fried calamari, and Tito's fries they came out amazing with fries and the way I want it. I asked for rare and it was very juicy the portions was huge I didn't even finish all the food had to take some to go. And customer service was also good waiter was checked on our table often. Ate lunch there for the first time, will not be going back. Not only is there a menu posted outside the restaurant, but once you go in the menu inside is $2-$3 higher! I ordered the arugula beet salad, I was brought a regular garden salad. I send it back and the waitress was upset I told her that didn't get what I ordered. It took them almost 10 minutes to bring out the right salad. I mentioned that the salad was supposed to have apples and roasted beets, not canned beets. I was told that the menu list items that are no longer added to the meals, in my case apples and that my beets were roasted. Don't know about you guys but when spending $11.00 on a salad, you would think one would know how roasted beets taste. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I really wanted to like this place, but I just can't. I've gone there three times and each time someone who went with my party fell deathly ill. I've also heard of other people who have gotten sick there. On the outside and the look of the place is nice but I can't even imagine what horrors the kitchen holds. I started looking at their health inspection and saw that they never pass and they always have violations. I caution you to not go there ESPECIALLY if you are an older person, a child or someone with a weak immune system... YOU WILL GET SICK. Good intentions, poor performance. Noting the warnings of other reviewers that orders are most always delayed well past stated ready times, I advised my friend to wait about 45 minutes before he went to pick up our order. He should have waited 2 hours, because that's how long it took to receive the order, well, sort of. After a lengthy time, he was given a take-out meal only slightly resembling the order we'd placed. The second order was closer, using the original pizzas made earlier, but was still lacking much of what we ended up paying for. We received two pizzas and one salad for the trouble of waiting close to 3 hours, but no utensils or napkins, making eating difficult for those of us staying in a hotel. On the positive side, the man who took our phone order was anxious to please, although incorrect about ingredients, and the pizzas, though absent of toppings included in the bill, were good. The salad ingredients were fresh and tasty. A factor in the disorganization of the place may well lie in their distraction with the many in-house gatherings taking place there. Not cool during a plague. I have to say that because of the friendliness of the man on the phone coupled with our necessity for takeout during our lengthy stay, we might well order from them again.
