We decided to grab some fast food from this Carl's Jr located on Highland Ave at 1:30pm the other day. We have been here before and it's usually ok. I ordered a big order on the app. Waited until it said it was ready to pick it up. We pulled up and the young lady working the drive thru has a crappy attitude! Acted like our order was killing her and like we we're taking food from her refrigerator. She was like oh are you guys with the "big order? Then proceeded to roll her eyes. Like seriously I didn't make you work at Carl's brah! If you don't like your job then get a new one! Then a different young lady came to give us our food she was friendly thank goodness. The food was ok but we won't be returning to this location ever again! There are plenty of other locations with awesome employees. I refuse to spend our hard earned money at an establishment that has crappy service! Unfortunately they get 1 star due to one bad apple that spoiled the bunch! read more

They have been absolutely CONSISTENT in forgetting my chicken sandwich (I have ordered the El Diablo Chicken Sandwich) with the order, and have forgotten both the straws and the condiments we requested. This time, they outright forgot the deserts. I don't know if they're trying to save money or what, but as a customer? I do not appreciate this level of service and will not be buying from them again. This is a very nice Carl's junior! The whole place is clean, the staff is unbelievably nice, and our food came out piping hot. Bianca especially was above and beyond On a separate note: the handsoap in the bathroom left my hands feeling very soft! I don't know what was going on this particular day (2/28/2024) but they were having some problems. I ordered my usual Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo to eat in the dining room. It took longer than normal but I finally got my order (receipt is time stamped 3:45, burger photo 4:03). They normally take your food out to you but the young lady behind the counter called my number so I went up to get my food. She seemed a bit grumpy. Whatever... everyone has a bad day from time to time. My food was in a to go bag. Oh well, I was hungry so I took it and sat down. As I started to eat my burger, something didn't seem right. It was more... "bready" than normal. I needed to get back to work so I kept eating. About halfway through, I noticed there was considerably more bun than beef patty left so I opened it. The attached photo is what I saw. I don't know what that was. I can only guess that the burger assembler put a Happy Star patty on a regular bun or something along those lines. I considered complaining to the young lady at the counter but as I said, she appeared to be a bit grumpy so I decided to find a way to complain to Carl's Jr. Corporate instead. It's been a very long time since I've had a good experience at Carl's Jr. Well today I was pleasantly surprised with my food and service. My French fries were super hot, like fresh out of the fryer hot. They had a really good, crisp taste to them. My super star was also really hot and had a good taste to it. The dining room was nice and clean. The cashier was very friendly and she brought out my food in a couple of minutes. So. This is my third time coming here. The first and second time it was great honestly perfect. But today. It started off perfectly as it did the other two times until one of the absolute most disgusting unsanitary thing happens when we were about to leave. A homeless man that we have seen every time outside (in the provided picture) came in and sucked on the soda dispenser with his mouth like it was a cows utter. That was the first time I have actually felt internally disturbed. By the looks of it he knows what he is doing so undoubtedly has done it many times before. I will never be coming here again. Wait time is insane, it usually takes about almost 10 minutes sometimes more just to get a car moving, if you're the last one in line and there's 5 cars ahead of you forget about it and also, you know the coupons you get from Carlsjr in the mail? Try using them and they mess it up almost EVERYTIME, ask to talk to a manager and the they just walk away for a couple of seconds, come back and make sure they get their way and rip you off, i advise you do NOT use your coupons here, they will just shred it. read more

I have a food allergy and always ask for no cheese, but more than I care to admit, there always ends up being cheese on my burger. Got home opened my box the burger was supposed to be in and to my surprise no beef patty WTH where's the beef. This is a Carl's Jr. like all others. This one in particular had good service and the order was perfect. My only concern was an armed guard on premises? Sad that it was necessary, but at least they are protecting clients. This one has a burrito place side-by-side so you can get your Carl's fix and also a taco or burrito as well. Nice! read more

They need to fire the person who does the inventory and ordering. They are ALWAYS out of everything. They almost never have their house dressing. The salad packets of ranch are the same as the house dressing, but they won't give them to you because they do not care about customer service or satisfaction. I usually come to this Carl's Jr. during the week since I work down the street and never had a problem but here during the weekend and the drive thru window is incredibly long and average about 40 mins just to place an order and get to the window on top of that the girl working the drive thru has a really bad attitude and no customer service what so ever read more

Don't buy the beef angus cheddar burger. It's a rip off. We bought two. One had very little cheddar cheese and the other had none. There were two slices of steak on each burger mother like what the advertise. It's expensive but it looked good on ad but In person it's nothing. Carl's regular cheese burger is better then this.
