The only thing that missed the mark for me were the caramelized onions. They were clearly pre-made, turned into mush, and had all the flavor washed right out of them. Found this spot online with good reviews and decided to stop by on Sunday around 1 PM. It wasn't busy, and the lady taking our order was super friendly with great customer service. We got the family deal ($42+tax) -- 3 cheeseburgers, 6 tacos, and asada fries -- plus cheese fries, onion rings, and chicken tenders on the side. The food came out fast, but overall it was just okay. The cheeseburgers and cheese fries were average, and the asada fries were disappointing -- the meat didn't taste like authentic carne asada. The tacos were not even edible, we threw out 4 tacos. :( The carne asada and chicken, I do not recommend the tacos at all. The chicken tenders were overcooked and tough, but the onion rings were the highlight of the meal. Service was excellent, but the food flavor just didn't live up to the reviews. read more

OK, sooooo...the food looked great, but there was ZERO flavor. I'm disappointed, because even the thousand island dressing on the burgers seemed watery to both of us. We ordered cheeseburgers & seasoned fries. Great toasted buns & crispy fries. However, the customer service was very lackluster and they ran out of black pepper by 2pm on a Saturday, which ended up being MUCH NEEDED. They were out of a couple of soda options as well...
