I stopped here on my way from Dallas to Tyler just to grab a quick bite of food. The employees were nice and got my food out for me quickly so I could be on my merry way. The food ended up being pretty good! I ordered the fried zucchini and spicy chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken was pricier than McD's spicy McChicken (about twice as expensive), but it came with some buttermilk ranch that really spruced up the sandwich and gave it a nice kick. The fried zucchini was something new surprisingly delicious. When I'm on the road, I'll probably stop by a Carl's Jr. again for some food in the future! read more

The place is connected to a Love's gas station and store. Took seven minutes to get food with no significant drive thru line or inside line. Service was ok, but a bit perfunctory. Had a California double cheeseburger, a Western Bacon CB, and onion rings. CA burger was ok but meat wasn't hot and cheese not melted. Western Bacon CB' bun was broken with bits of dark flakes on it. Meat was overcooked and cheese not melted. (My wife loves Western Bacon cheeseburgers and was disappointed). So, meh. Just an ok experience. read more

I use to stop here when we drove to Dallas as the food was good and place was clean. We are vegetarian and get the beyond burgers. The last two times they have " been out". Obviously whoever is now manager doesn't know how to keep inventory and we won't waste our time anymore. read more

In the DFW, I almost gave up on them, I am a Carls customer for 38yrs and will continue if they can maintain quality as this location did. For the price of this food I am disappointed. The quality was subpar, salads are small, burger is so gross I couldn't even finish it. It was drenched in ketchup and mayonnaise, I couldn't even taste the burger itself DISGUSTING! Lettuce salad was cheap, and croutons were stale. A little strange to write up a fast food review I know... My husband says I'm like "Sally" in the movie "When Harry met Sally". Everything I want isn't on the menu. I've never eaten here before. I ordered a famous star cheeseburger, with ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes. My husband ordered the same, "no sauce". Both of our burgers came with mayo. (And Hershey's Kisses) I sent mine back before my husband saw his had mayo too. At that point I wanted to leave. We decided to stay and it was single handed my the best fast food burger I've ever had. I liked that it was flame broiled, new for me. Burger King was never a fav for me. I like my burgers in restaurants rare. This obviously wasn't served rare but it also wasn't over done. I don't have a Carl's Junior close to my home, but when traveling, I'll be back. read more

Sometimes the service is good, but beware, if there are more than 2 cars in the drive, the service is rude, slow, and inconsiderate. On multiple occasions I have waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru with literally only 2 cars in front of me. Ridiculous :/ read more

Gross- sat in Carl's JR and not one time did someone come out and clean the dinning room. Just plain out gross. Sadly, not too many options. I can only imagine how gross the back area is. If you can't keep the front area clean where people can see, then how dirty is the places customers can't see! Nasty! Do not eat there. They should be cleaning more because of CDC mandate, and they aren't. I wonder how much nastier it is when there is not a mandate saying they should clean after EVERY customer. Do not eat there. Go some place else. Also allowing every customer to touch the drink fountain too. Smh! Seriously-no thought at all put into this. read more

There isn't a ton of Carls Jr's in the DFW area so on a drive to Tyler I was excited to go here on my way back. Once I got there however, it was terrible. The food tasted stale and there was trash over flowing from the waste bins and flies flying around all over the place. I grew up in Van, Carl's Jr. use to be our go to. After football games, high school parties to sober up, nights your parents didn't want to cook. I use to get the "Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger" all time fav, even after they quit promoting it on the menu they've always made it for me. Not like it's a hard concept. ‍ BUT, this time they wouldn't because it wasn't 10:30 yet. I mean it's 10:26 BUT that 4 minute difference apparently matters. So I order something else, the Monster burger. I wanted chili cheese fries but I guess fuck me. Gotta wait 4 minutes for those. After I order the girl vanished and I was about to die of thirst, very parched. Last night was my birthday party and I needed me a sweet tea after all that alcohol. They didn't have any. And I had to go get my own cup behind the counter. Got one for the guy behind me too. Try to get him ahead of the game. After about what seemed like a lifetime I got my order. I was so ready for the orgasmic flavors about yo hit these taste buds only to find out they completely fucked my order up. Gave me a breakfast biscuit, cuz fuck me, right? So I told them and had to wait another life time for my correct order. The only reason I gave them 1 star, is because you can't go any lower. I'd give negative if I could. I travel a lot to the DFW area and always stop going and coming to get a bite to eat. It is usually Sonic, McDonalds or Whataburger. I had seen a commercial for Carls and thought next trip I will stop there. Man, that was a first and last for me. The lady who took my drive thru order was so very rude. When I got to the window, I asked for a side of jalapeno peppers that I forgot to order, OMG, you'd think the world was ending! After I got my 3 orders, we parked on the side to eat. Mine has so much ketchup and mayo on it that it actually exploded when I bit into it. The hamburger meat was cold in the middle and the over all taste was just nasty. The other orders for my granddaughters were just as awful. Not one of us ate all of it. Garbage is where it went and where it needed to go. NASTY NASTY NASTY...
