The service was friendly and efficient, and the counter staff were happy to provide ice cream samples and answer questions. The shop is a little on the pricier side (a little under $5 for a single scoop cup and $5.75 for a regular latte), but the quality is there. We went straight to the back of the shop to watch the production kitchen where the gentleman was actually starting a process (what we learned later) of brittle making. Intrigued, and so satisfying to watch. They have free samples peanut brittle and pecan brittle. We both agree that this is some of the best. It's not the "bust you tooth" brittle (meant your candy got too hot), it's the airy, nice crunch, full of flavor, not too sweet, hint of burnt butter brittle. Yes, yes! They nailed it. It's the brittle you start to eat, and boom the package is done. Of course we had to get brittle, and white chocolate covered nuts, too. They sell a variety of sliced pies, milkshakes and cold drinks. I bet this is the place I will be in the summer, especially for ice cream.
