It's not the issues themselves, but how they responded that was frustrating. Each time contacting them for help, we were answered with one of the three: 1. Complete silence: They simply ignored. No response at all. 2. Human shield: They send the building super to apologize on their behalf. Super could help with certain things--e.g. leak--but often it was beyond his power--e.g. construction dust seeping in. But management didn't care. 3. Utter apathy: They literally don't care. Saying things on repeat like... - "I don't know" - "That's not my responsibility." - "That's property manager's job" (when asked to connect me with the PM, they ignored again.) - "I need to go home." - "Move out if you're that unhappy." Look somewhere else. This is not a good place to be.
