Lol. It was a delicious sweet treat to beat the heat. They sell lots of other drink items and snacks. I also requested a pup cup for my dog waiting in the air-conditioned Jeep. That set me back $8. The clerk named Destiny checked the ticket, received the payout stub and the exchange ticket that should have been returned to me. She took several minutes reading the slips that were output. So I am certain she was aware of each ticket's purpose. I asked her if there was confusion about what was output. She very rudely answered "No," she then proceeded to give me my $20 winnings but not the lottery exchange ticket (which for me was most valuable). When I ask where was my exchange ticket, she walked over, grabbed it and slammed it down on the counter with an attitude. SHE DEFINITELY INTENDED TO KEEP IT!
