My mother held both my 30th birthday party, my sisters' 40th birthday party and my brother's 30th birthday party at the center. It is equipped with a kitchen and foosball. There is also a great pool located at the community center that is protected by a lifeguard during opening hours. The pool has provided a wonderful oasis for my mother and her family on those hot summer days. Anyone looking to downsize their living should seriously consider Gypsum Mills. It is conveniently located off the thruway on a rolling gold course with walking trails and is easily accessible to downtown Victor but quietly tucked away into its own beautiful oasis.

The kitchen counters (Granite) and new sink and faucet were all of the highest quality also. They have their own professional counter installers which I never could have done myself since they were granite. They installed the under mount sink. I installed the fauctet. They raise the rent and don't fix anything in the park that actually needs to be fixed. There is no privacy especially when it comes to management. They nitpick about literally everything. They only enforce their (made up and not in the lease) rules for everyone in the park unless you apparently work for the park. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
