This place is a great business center. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, and ample space…read morefor various events. I have visited during the Mayday Underground Craft Show. It is a little confusing on how to enter the building, but once in, it is a great space. I love the artwork, and sculptures. This time I went on a Sunday to the craft show and a lot of the businesses were closed, but there were many open as well including a unique shop that sold knickknacks and chalk paint, a cute coffee shop, a mystical shop, and a children's book store.

The Pittsford Wegmans and Calkins Pittsford are the larger cleaner and fancier ones around. Right across from the wegmans there's this plaza called Pittsford Plaza that includes an upscale steak house called Blue and Black, a pizza shop, a cafe for sandwiches/coffee, a J Crew Warehouse, Carter's, Michael's, Barnes and Noble, Swim school, Trader Joes, and a bunch of other little shops all int he same parking lot. For moms looking for a place to take their young children in and out and hanging out, this is the place to go to! The parking lot isn't dangerous like the Costco parking lot or the East Ave Wegmans (VERY dangerous). The shoppers aren't aggressive and are friendly. The crowd is safe and overall happy. Right across from this plaza there's even a Taichi Bubble tea, prometric, URMC Urgent Care, and a bunch of other upscale restaurants.

Even the venerated Eastview mall has a few empty slots. Meanwhile, things are going great @ Pittsford Plaza. Trader Joe's & the new J Crew Factory are packing them in, doing a land office business. There's also a lot of food trucks, some I've never seen before. Why I'm not a hater or in love with the lucky flea is because they have some really nice vendors with nice stuff but there are many over priced items and really used items I don't think should even be sold. Lastly street parking is difficult to find but have a parking lot available for $2 an hour. Over all I say check it out as something to do for fun on a relaxing Sunday

I mean right off the bat I was ready to start to looking as well as pick through all of the fun vintage finds! All the staff was so nice and having fun and for my own guilty enjoyment it kept my boyfriend distracted looking for these turtles while I shopped! When I say the store is endless- you think you've hit a dead end and then all of sudden a new section opens up like a black hole sucking you in. Most times I'm overwhelmed but this much inventory but the each booth was so well organized and prices were clearly visible that it made browsing so much fun and enjoyable. Staff were also all scattered about and willing to help patrons. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time when you go so that you can browse peacefully. I stumbled across it during one of their 2 (I think) annual open houses (which I believe are on a First Friday with extra hours). The military museum is awesome, the guys who run it are awesome, and they have awesome stories. Every time I go in there I talk with them for a while and hear more and more stories of where all the materials in there came from. The different galleries and spaces are excellent too. So many talented people and a great place to go get gifts for any reason. Its not just art, there are so many different things that are made in there from clothes to crafts to...well...you name it. Definitely one of the places that more people in the city should check out.

Eastview has always been know as a higher standard when it comes to shopping options... apple, Williams Sonoma, ll bean, Eddie Bauer, Hollister, Sephora to name a few. I stopped in for drinks at champs for happy hour. Nice crowd at the bar. Dinner however was across the way at PF Changs. So many options around here. Took my niece to build a bear for a new stuffed animal to bring home.. she loves the process of picking out and creating a new stuffy.

I was in a wedding there this past weekend and everything went so smoothly. The getting ready areas were very fun (the men got ready in the Firehouse toom and the girls got ready in the Marilyn Monroe room). The only issues we had were that the lighting was too dim for getting ready - we remembered to bring a separate makeup mirror with bright lighting options which saved us. The outlets were also difficult to find. It was a very cool and unique space to get ready in and the men were set up with a pool table in theirs. The wedding photos are not in yet but I just know that they are going to look phenomenal. We took photos in many different places around the venue (its huge) and I can't wait to see how they came out. Definitely more unique than youd typically expect for wedding photos! The bride had a positive experience with staff in getting everything ready and organized leading up the big day. Everything went as planned and it looked beautiful. Some exhibit pieces were in the way during the ceremony and they made arrangements to move them to make more space. The only issue we ran into was the heat. The AC was on but I dont think it was directed into the getting ready spaces, and when there were large groups of people around in the main room it was still too warm. Not a deal breaker but something to consider if being too warm on your wedding day is a concern for you.
