Jim seen that i had a bent pulley that caused belts to keep wearing down fast. He was able to fix it for me. The car I had back then was 20+ years old. When Jim did the work on it I never had to come back for additional repairs like other places I had gone to. Jim was very understanding to my financial situation at the time and was able to work with me so that he still made money and I wasn't bankrupt. Jim cares about the people. We told him we where just looking, he said he understood and asked if we did have any questions to please give him a call or come in and ask. This interaction was great! Then a girl came out and started asking questions and wouldnt give us any space. If she hadnt introduced her self as a salesperson I wouldnt have even know she worked there. She was bot dressed like all the others I had seen when stopping by before. And she tried to act like we where her best friends. Tried to be cute and funny and just ended up pissing of my girlfriend.
