Jim seen that i had a bent pulley that caused belts to keep wearing down fast. He was able to fix it for me. The car I had back then was 20+ years old. When Jim did the work on it I never had to come back for additional repairs like other places I had gone to. Jim was very understanding to my financial situation at the time and was able to work with me so that he still made money and I wasn't bankrupt. Jim cares about the people. We pulled in on Aug 13th PM for trouble shooting and Jon gave us the grave news and I, being an auto tech knew we had gotten to the right people just in time. We limped back to a local KOA for the weekend while Jon and Rose searched for a re-manufactured transmission. "Nothin' local" We decided to hang out at a great KOA for weekend and Darrell & Bonnie fresh back from two weeks vacation started on rebuild after Jon with SOME help from me removed unit from RV. Here we set with electricity and water from these great folks. They even feed the four of us with their garage crew along with Mike, James and 3 dogs and the Carquest Rep on Thursday 20th. I knew last week it wasn't going to be a fast job! We ARE enjoying the weather ,4 1/2 " rain, town transit and good people here in Hayward, Wisconsin....Really!!!!!
