She showed me some amazing creative pictures of other cakes she had made, and I ended up designing the top of the cake to more or less match the invitations I had sent out. She was so great about the flavors! When I told her about our favorite flavors, which included key lime and raspberry, she suggested a key lime cake with raspberry filling. WOW! My intention was for the guest to have one or more bite sized cakes. What I got was a monstrosity that my guests did not know how to attack.
