They told me one thing on the phone, didn't do it, and then when I called them to complain and ask for proof of work that was done on my behalf, or please give my money back, they tried to charge me for something else. They will tell you that their Terms and Conditions are on their website. However, the on line/ telephone consumer has more rights than this company wants you to know about. Again, know your rights. You have a right to cancel within 7 days and they have to let you know about this right, in writing when they invoice you, and before, you are charged for services. Make sure that you know the Consumer Protection Distant Selling Regulation 2000. This gives consumers a right to a cancellation of any service purchased on line within 7 days and entitles consumers to a full refund. Do no let this company get away without giving this Cancellation Notice to you.
