Carmart purchased my vehicle after using the kbb link to sell my truck. I recently relocated and the truck was in the shop being repaired for damages from a deer. Since I didn't want to fly back and drive the distance to the East coast again I decided to sell the vehicle remotely. Initially we went back and forth over the price. I was offered more using the Edmunds site brokering the deal elsewhere however Carmart360 was closer to the shop doing the work and they did come up on their offer based on the Edmunds offer. We started discussing the sale price March 24, 2021. we agreed on a price and they took possession of the vehicle April 9, 2021. As I'm remotely doing this they sent the paperwork and I signed and returned it April 14th, 2021. They paid the lender next day, and the deductible to the autoshop from the sale price. Which was super great and so convenient. I was told they would send the remaining payout to me once they received the lien release from my lender. So I waited..... called and was told it's policy and their hands are tied. So I waited..... and I waited some more. I have contacted my lender and the dealership multiple times. Lender informed me they need a fed ex acct number to overnight and a letter from the dealer stating they would not cancel payment if title was released early. I sent the sales guy a text notifying of this. Asking to expedite the matter, I planned to use the payment as the down on my replacement. Today May 7th On star notified me the account on my truck has been cancelled in my name. Someone has purchased the truck. Yeah!!!! I called the dealership since I would assume they had the title as they sold the truck. Nope I was wrong and informed so. Here is where my 1 star comes in. 1.) They took possession of the truck almost a month ago. 2.) The attitude I got a month after they took the truck and I finally called to say I would like my money. 3.) I left both sets of keys in my truck and was informed only one was in there and I would need to pay out 250 to replace the second set. I was warned by other dealerships they pay slow but had I known I would have sold else where or picked up my truck. I also would not have suggested their buying services to 2 people. If I were ever to return To the area based off the conversation and attitude from Daniel, I would purchase elsewhere. However if you don't need the money within the next month and a half, and you want to deal with a whole lot of back and forth then it's maybe 3 stars. If you enjoy getting attitude from a used car sales manager when you call to figure out Why how They can buy and sell a vehicle before you are even paid out this is the place for you. ‍ read more

My wife and I bought our new (to us) car here. They really were very helpful in the whole car buying experience. They priced the car we wanted very reasonably so we were very happy with that. The salesman was not pushy at all and was nice to deal with (which is pretty unusual for a used car salesman). So overall they are very good and had the right car for us. read more

The only good thing about this place is Brett. We bought a vehicle 6 months ago for 27,000 we came in to trade it off fir another vehicle and they were only wanting to give us 11,000 we put less than 4000 miles on the vehicle. Because we didn't vacuumed and wash the vehicle they were wanting to rip us off. We were there for about 3 hours and only one other customer came in the finance manager came out and told the customer to sell his car on line and he would get 15,000. And the sales rep told the customer to go somewhere else, and than turned them away. They had a 2012 Nissan. They will either rip you off when you get there or they will try to rip you off if you want to be a repeat customer. We found the same vehicle that we were looking at at Carman, for 10,000 dollars cheaper just down the road. It was the same year, make and style just a few thousand miles more tho. Look really hard before you go to carmart 360 I'm sure you will find your vehicle cheaper and get better service somewhere else. read more

We were stuck in Billings with a broken car. After receiving more than four recommendations for CarMart 360 from folks around town, we finally headed over to their lot. The process was very quick! They had exactly what I was looking for. The sales associates seemed very trustworthy, as they weren't small-talking too much and did not have a bull**** answer for every inquiry about the proposed vehicle. They even offer multiple warranties on every vehicle! I had to get my fuel filters changed after I put 1,000 miles on the odometer (which was within 2 days after purchase) and Roscoe, the manager, reimbursed me for almost half of the service needed. I decided on a vehicle and drove to the dealership to test drive the van and make a final decision. I was greeted in a friendly manner and was not pressured or made to feel like I had to make a purchase that day. I also met the sales manager, Jason, who was also friendly and helpful. All of their prices are clearly posted on the vehicles and they are happy to run a carfax type report for you to help you with your decision. I had some very minor issues with the vehicle I purchased, but Scott and Jason went out of their way to see that I was 100% satisfied with the transaction. Buyer be cautious! I purchased a vehicle in July 2015 the sticker in the window with all options and equipment on the vehicle were falsely represented. After the deal was complete and the listing of options was sent to the bank there were several modifications that weren't noted. Such as 20' premium wheels and until I took it in to find out why so much road noise I was not aware the tires were actually 18' wheels that came off another vehicle. When I contacted Mr. Menholt I was told the sticker on the window is what the vehicle had when manufactured and they don't advise of modificstions. read more

Had been looking for several months at a specific model/pricepoint, and 360 had one. Was treated nicely, a pre-sale inspection of the vehicle yielded a couple problems which were addressed in writing at time of sale. Nice folks, but be prepared for a few things, i.e., this is an outlet for trades/auction vehicles. The one we purchased had a clean CarFax/Autocheck but in fact had suffered a significant accident with extensive body damage but no frame/powertrain/suspension damage. Depending on the vehicle, you might be given a lengthy pitch on an extended warranty/service contract during the paperwork phase. You'll also be subject to the standard used car dealership games, but I have to say nothing real pushy, just buyer beware. All this being said, we were treated nicely and all questions answered and problems addressed. The fellow we worked with was very friendly and helpful, and communication was great. read more
