There are several small things that need to be fixed, and Jim worked with me to get everything addressed. Communication was never a problem. When I called them on every occasion there was a friendly voice on the phone. I have found Jim and Megan easy to work with and are people of great integrity that stand behind their word.

I took it for a mechanic to look at, who said it needed new shocks - $1200. Jim tried to haggle with me, saying it should only cost $300. Finally got him to agree to pay the full cost at his preferred shop... which ended up being $1200. But that's not the worst part. The second time I started the car after I bought it, the check engine light came on. So while it was at his preferred shop, I had them take a look. Needs new spark plugs, they said. Also, it is dumping oil, need a new housing. Another thousand dollars. Still not the worst part. After the repair the check engine light cones on AGAIN immediately. I take it back in. They tell me there is a known TSB notice that the engine fails on this model. I ask "why was this not mentioned the first time I came in" the mechanic says "let me take a look" then mutters "holy shit" and starts making excuses. The estimate? $4-5 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I firmly believe they covered up this known issue in the first repair for Liberty. Jim told me he had driven the vehicle upon purchasing it, the check engine issue preceded my owning it, and I have called three times to talk to them about it. They don't answer and don't return my messages. I'll let you decide for yourself why that might be the case.

I can't speak on every salesman that works there but I can tell you about Cody Bushman. He was absolutely excellent. Worked with me on my trade in and getting a vehicle I was excited about at a fair price. The most important thing to me when buying a car is working with someone who is not trying to take advantage of you and overly pushy. If you go here, ask for Cody, he is excellent and will treat you fairly. Full disclosure: can't speak on service or other salesmen because I have no experiences in that department

Which already seemed excessive but I assumed they knew what they were doing. Wrong. I just had my oil changed at home and asked them to check the battery (nearly 12 months later on a car that's not even 4 years old) and they said it was no where near needing to be replaced. When I called to ask them why there was a huge discrepancy, and why my oil change cost less than 1/2 ($60) what they'd been charging me the last 2 years; I was belittled and condescended by Brady and Kendall who clearly have no professionalism or respect for their customers. I've called Subaru's American office and sent an email to their boss. I have a friend from Billings who drove an outback that said these guys were a bunch of con artists. I assumed he was being an alarmist, but he's absolutely right. Stay away and go to someone who is more than capable of changing the oil for less. These guys are a bunch of clowns and should be ashamed of themselves, but I'm sure they're not because they get to keep taking advantage of grandma and grandpa.

I started looking at cars about a week ago, maybe two and have had a really crazy schedule with work, the military, and life in general. She put ZERO pressure on me and even after test driving two cars and not getting back with her for a few days. Most dealerships text and call over and over and over again. When I was finally available to come in and make a decision she was so patient with me. I had them bring another vehicle up from a different dealership they work and they had it ready to go the day after. That night I sat down with their finance guy and decided that I wanted to wait one more night to make sure this was the car I wanted. It was a little more than I had anticipated spending so I just wanted to sleep on it more night. Everyone in the facility was so kind and did not make me feel pressured AT ALL. I came in the next morning, test drove one more car to make sure I knew the one I was buying would be worth spending the extra money. The process was fast and easy. I felt that this was the most honest and reasonable dealership I had dealt with. Their document fee is only $199 where most are $299-$800. The extended warranty was a steal and the whole team was so great to work with. When I'm ready to get a new vehicle again I will definitely be coming here.

My wife and I purchased a brand-new 2023 Mazda CX-5, and initially we were very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience. However, our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. In early November, we contacted the dealership to cancel our extended warranty. We were told the refund would be processed and sent by the end of November, which we felt was reasonable. November came and went, and no refund was received. I left a message with Mike and never received a return call. My wife also called multiple times, leaving messages that went unanswered. Eventually, we were put in contact with Kevin, who initially addressed my wife's questions and assured us the issue was resolved. Again, we waited--but still no refund. Now, at the end of December, we have yet to receive the refund. My wife has continued calling with no resolution. When I finally spoke with Kevin directly, he stated he was not aware that my wife had canceled the warranty. After our conversation, he told me he would overnight the check. He said he would send me with a tracking code, and I still have not received this. The check has still not arrived. At this point, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability is unacceptable. I would never recommend any Bob Smith dealership after this experience. I will be sharing this experience on every review platform available and will continue contacting the dealership until this matter is resolved.
