We bought a third car and never drive our BMW X3. It's not that we didn't love it, we just don't drive as much. We both work from home and our big adventure now is a 3 mile trip to Publix. So we decided to sell the SUV. Mind you a car that just sat in the air conditioned garage. A car I just had ceramic coated. A car that literally doesn't have a ding or dent anywhere. And miles do low I'm embarrassed to even mention. It's cherry. This is our third car over the years we sold to Carmax. Again, such a smooth process. Gabrielle helps us and we were out of there in about 20 minutes. If you want a fair price and a stress free process--check out Carmax.

On 11-19-2020 We went in search of a new car since our car was totaled in an accident. No one bothered us as we walked around looking at the car we thought fit our price point, mileage and make and model of what we had planned on. After seeing one that fit tight into our budget we inquired about it. The salesman Kevin was so helpful. Things are done very differently today due to covid-19 and they took every precaution necessary, wearing masks the whole time and had hand sanitizers everywhere. We test drove the car and there was a noise in the front. As soon as I mentioned this to Kevin he was right on it. Went for management and took it directly to the garage to have it looked at. It turned out one tire was a bit low on air however they did a full front end alignment just to cover all bases. The car came back noise free. Since we already had financing in place this went extremely smooth. I will definitely come back here again and do business. Lastly, they closed at 9 pm. They stayed until our paper work was complete and we were in our car before closing up for the night which ended up being close to 10 pm or a little after. They just went above and beyond their job and for that I thank them. I felt like I was given the royal treatment and after all the stress that many of us are feeling, it felt good to have some one treat you like you really mattered and they did just that. Thank you Kevin and Sean!! You's were amazing and thank you for your kind word. Sincerely, Krista Fischer

The vehicle was on hold and they sold it!

DO NOT go here for service. Technician Dallas Cawthorn will overcharge you. Go to Tuffy or Firestone instead

Not sure I can say enough good things about our experience with AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. My…read morewife and I had been looking for a used Toyota when we stopped in and met perhaps the best car salesman I have ever know. Blair was friendly and helpful through the whole process. Most importantly he was patient and not pushy. He helped us find the right vehicle at the right price. What really amazed us is that we were able to drive off in a new Highlander for less than we had budgeted for a used one. He and the entire team worked tirelessly for us that day, and trust me we really put them through the paces (sorry, not sorry about that Blair). I have to say that when the time comes for another vehicle, first it will be a Toyota without a doubt, and second I won't waste time with other dealerships. AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers has won my trust. When you go ask for Blair, and I hope you have as great an experience as we did.

WARNING: Deceptive Practices at AutoNation. should be Zero!…read more My experience here was a textbook example of why buyers need to be cautious. After test-driving a truck, we ran a diagnostic ODBC scan that revealed multiple engine misfires. When the manager Andrew Lesseur, took the vehicle back, he claimed his "odb code machine" showed nothing. However, when we re-scanned it ourselves, the codes had miraculously vanished. I called him out on clearly resetting the computer to hide the engine issues, and his reaction was unprofessional and very defensive. Got caught (POS) ! Hiding mechanical failures is dangerous and deceitful. I'm glad this wasn't my "first rodeo," or I might have been stuck with a lemon. Avoid this location. I appreciate the salesman was very helpful Mr. Fernandez. Wish you the best.

It's not the flashiest car dealership on the inside, but they definitely have some "wicked nice"…read moregems with low mileage on the lot. Got good vibes from the guy who spoke with us, and he was happy to show us around and answer our questions. Even steered us away from one of the older vehicles that caught our eye, saying he couldn't in good conscience sell it to us (at least not without a warranty), which was refreshing to say the least--like what? an honest car salesman? hard to find these days. I'm not in a big rush to replace my CRV so didn't end up buying today. (They had tons of cool sportier cars, just not a whole lot in the "soccer mom" department). That said, the guy (Rob?) said he'd give us a ring if/when they got the kind of car we were looking for, which is pretty cool of him to do I think. Anyways, 10/10 recommend--def plan to go back at some point.

BEWARE: Misrepresentation & Dishonest Sales Tactics…read more I purchased a 2019 Corvette Stingray sight-unseen from Wicked Nice Caaaz based on their BBB accreditation, but the experience was a disaster. I was provided a "clean" pre-sale inspection report (arranged and paid for by the dealer) that conveniently missed several deep "keyed" marks on the driver's door and hood--vandalism that cuts straight through the primer. So deep that they have to be repaired before even a wrap applied to cover them. Key points for potential buyers: The Deception: Wicked Nice Caaaz failed to disclose the damage. However, the transport driver confirmed he pointed it out at pickup, meaning the dealership knew the damage existed and chose not to tell me. The Evidence: I have time-stamped photos from the transport company showing the keyed marks while the car was still on the dealer's lot (confirmed by the dealership reflection in the door glass). Ownership Response: When confronted, the owner (Michael Simmons) refused to take responsibility, calling deep key marks "normal wear and tear." He tried to shift blame to the inspection company, saying I should be contacting the pre-inspection company that ironically he hired to seek any reimbursement. Owner eventually hung up on me when I asked for his refusal in writing. This dealership lacks integrity. They hide behind "as-is" contracts to mask blatant non-disclosure of vandalism. I am only asking for the $479 it costs to fix the door, yet they would rather lose their reputation over a few hundred dollars than do the right thing. Avoid this dealer if you value honesty and transparency.

TLDR: Don't waste your time. Believe the bad reviews. Find another dealer…read more Reached out to this dealer about an X5 they had posted online for a few weeks with a price drop. Initially they reached back out to me asking me if I was interested. They did a good job of getting me the auto check report for the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. As I'm in a cash buyer and don't finance vehicles I asked for an out the door price including all taxes, title, fees, etc. I was met with a response of " The price is online at $16,000. We have an $899 dealer fee, plus tax and tag fees. " Unfortunately that's not terribly helpful as I was looking for a single number to compare around and shop with. Something I imagine they did not want to give me because they're used to making their money through customers financing. Fine, no problem; I told them I would look for a better deal and went on my way. Had that been the only interaction I would not have left this review. However maybe a week or so later the initial salesman reached out through email about the same X5 or any other vehicle I might be interested in. I explained that I had narrowed my search from an N63tu (bmw's TT V8) vehicle to a B58 (Inline6 turbo) vehicle and therefore that particular X5 was no longer of interest to me. I wrote a long and detailed email letting him know what I was looking for specifically. No answer whatsoever after several days; which bothered me because he would have responded immediately like the first time if he thought I was an easy sell. So I sent HIM a follow up email asking why there was no response especially considering their X5 is still sitting on their lot and only getting further price cuts online. Again no email. This dealer stinks of waiting for an eager sucker to come along and take whatever carrot/deal is dangled in front of them. Salesman that are amazing when they think they're closing on you and don't have the time to send you a 2 sentence email response otherwise. Save yourself the hassle and probably a mechanical headache and look elsewhere. I'm glad I didn't fly out to consider it.

Advertised price was $7k, when I asked for the total out the door price it came to $11k. Why waste…read morepeoples time? Pure bait and switch imo.
